Terra Nova Mediterraneo Tiles are made using the Maiolica ceramic technique. First, a tin-glaze layer on a terracotta tile is applied, then the tile is decorated over the glazed surface with other color glazes, and lastly it is fired in a kiln until it reaches the desired finish. The name Maiolica is thought to come from the medieval Italian word for Majorca, an island in the Mediterranean on the route followed by ships bringing Hispano-Moresque wares from Valencia to Italy. Moorish potters from Majorca are reputed to have worked in Sicily and it has been suggested that their wares reached the Italian mainland from Caltagirone, a town in the island of Sicily. Terra Nova tile collection delivers the stunning design and aesthetic solutions of authentic, old-world handcrafted decorative tiles, and at the same time meets technical requirements for applications of greater stress.

The rigorous and welcoming modular seating system Dylan is also available in a version with a more compact seat depth. Introducing Dylan Small, a system that combines the sophisticated aesthetics of its cushions with the lightness of a contemporary base raised 13,5 cm from the floor. The upholstered volumes are reduced in depth, making Dylan Small a perfect fit even in smaller domestic environments or in Hospitality spaces. The project expresses the perfect balance between the simplicity of the design and the wealth of refined details with a couture flavour, such as the sophisticated stitching and the sinuous curve that outlines the backrests and armrests. Dylan Small picks up the complex manufacturing technique used in the original Dylan suspended base, in which leather or fabric strips are sewn together with straps and marked out by stitching that adds rhythm to the seat cushioning. All the expert craftsmanship accrued in Minotti’s 75 years of heritage concentrated in a compact and versatile volume.

The instinct for the continuity of shapes, and lines, and for consistency of language and style typical of Minotti’s modus operandi, is embodied in the Dylan modular seating system. A multifaceted and versatile lexicon in which the rigour of forms is combined with their ability to accommodate. Refined and articulated volumes come together to bring to life a system expressed in three variants capable of meeting different areas of taste and as many ways of experiencing the domestic and Hospitality spaces. Dylan, in the version with a suspended base raised 13,5 cm from the ground by thin extruded aluminium blades in Bronze or Pewter colour, has a particularly airy and modern feel, matching a more contemporary style, at the same time shining a spotlight on its couturier details. A project that offers a perfect balance between design essentiality and density of details combining light aesthetics with high quality comfort. The Dylan Small version takes up the same aesthetic, but with a more compact depth, specifically designed to bring the same taste of high tailoring into smaller domestic environments or more calibrated Hospitality spaces. Dylan Low, finally, sits only 7,5 cm off the ground and expresses a more classic and traditional personality, in line with a formal aesthetic taste. The fil rouge linking the three different types is represented by the seat and backrest cushions, punctuated by soft, couture-inspired stitching, which make this system a timeless classic, albeit with novel and contemporary flexibility and modularity. The rigorous shapes of the Dylan modular seating system, however, go beyond the stitching of the cushions, turning into volumes in which the geometries become sinuous and enveloping, thanks to the soft curves of the backrest and armrest that create a fulfilling sense of cosiness. The complex and sophisticated manufacturing construction also animates the suspended base of Dylan, which uses the same tailoring technique developed for the Connery modular seating system: the leather or fabric strips are sewn together by means of webbing and punctuated by stitching that gives rhythm to the seat cushioning and adds a further couture note to the design of the project. Every detail of Dylan combines the tailoring of the upholstery with the multifaceted vision of a rational architecture that passes from the space to the furniture, balancing and perfectly integrating it with the contemporary way of interpreting and experiencing living spaces.

Located on the castle grounds of Copenhagen’s Kastellet overlooking the waterfront promenade that is home to the Little Mermaid, The Langelinie Pavilion stands with a resilient spirit. The first Pavilion was built in 1885. Echoing its own ability to endure is the Pavilion chair by Andersen & Voll. Here the challenge was to design a stackable chair used for mass seating in this iconic, multi-purpose venue, the Langelinie Pavilion. London – an eternal source of inspiration to Tom Dixon Available in 48x48 cm, 96x96 cm and 24x96 cm. Industrial Landscape mirrors the original London with all the raw, sometimes even rough, elements making up the city. Aged and patinated by the passage of time, through which the weather, people and industry have left their marks on the materials and thereby created a continuous development of new expressions. This is the essence of Industrial Landscape. Introducing the new designs, Coal and Iron, the collection interprets two important industrial pillars. While Coal reflects the dark and mysterious substance that powered the Industrial Revolution, the Iron design imitates the gradual disintegration of the oxidized metal surface that generates a random hued patination. Besides that, the collection consists of five other patterns: The Smoke design visualises the fumes from factories and workshops, while Wash is inspired by the white paste that temporarily covers shop windows during renovation. In Blur, the distorted city reflects in transient bits of water, while Tide shows the ever-changing sediments of the tidal River Thames.
Cross Flag

Entirely handcrafted according to an ancient Indian handicraft tradition, Cross Flag is the rug with an aesthetic that sums up the meeting of different cultures, enhancing the characteristics of the weaving technique and the material with which it is made. The use of the rarest and most precious wools and the fringe at the end make it a precious furnishing accessory; on the other hand, the backing bound with a compact weave of breathable and stabilising cotton guarantees maximum durability. The irregularity of its design is carefully controlled by the inclusion of frisé wool yarns in the weft and warp weave, giving the rug as a whole a soft three-dimensional appearance, with a thickness of 26/28 mm. The Cross Flag rug is available in one version only with a 2/3 in White colour and 1/3 in Ash colour for the background, a black border and white fringes. The colours proposed are soft neutral shades that harmonise perfectly with the colours of the materials used for the frames and upholstered elements of the seats in the collection.

The play of circular masses and trajectories generates a balanced design of gravitational dynamics. The light from the sphere is diffused into the surrounding space, illuminating the frame. The reflections of the metal render the luminous field visible, space influenced by light, by its aura. The result is a collection of lighting elements, available in tabletop and suspension versions, of extraordinary poetic grace. Setareh takes on new dimensions: elongated, with either two or three spherical elements that work separately or together. Its vocation is the illumination of large spaces, with double-height ceilings or otherwise ample enough to accomodate expansive compositions of multiple elements. This produces a highly expressive seat shell which is as fragile, transparent and light as a hammock but is as solid as a seat should be. The use of simple knotted cords gives Knotted Chair that additional »warm«, personal feeling.<br/><br/>Wanders description of Knotted Chair: »The design is based on three innovations. Firstly, the process of hardening a textile in such a way that it can serve as a constructional element, becoming part of the structure of a three-dimensional product. Secondly, the use of knotting techniques to create curved, solid surfaces and structures. Thirdly, the manufacture of an industrial product made of plastic without resorting to a mould, but by simply making use of gravity and artificial resin as a stiffening agent.<br/><br/>Of course these factors are decisive in determining the quality of the chair. I personally, however, I am more enthusiastic about the chair's formal appeal and the meaning its external appearance lends it. Since Roman times, the ‘arch’ is one of the basics in architecture. It’s part of our daily life (even if we don’t notice it), and it expresses at the same time deepness, strength and equilibrium. ‘bow’ tries to translate the essence of the arch into a minimalistic luminaire. Gravity and balance, combined with the arch, are the other ingredients involved in the design of this product. It is a small family composed by a floor/hanging lamp, and 7 different chandeliers (2, 4 or 6 bulbs).

An unpretentious composition, enriched by the extraordinary balance of its proportions and the stylish discretion of non-reflective materials.The light is diffused and valorized by the geometrical simplicity of the design. In designing Bilia, Gio Ponti imagined a smaller version in a range of “spray colours”. From those handwritten notes of the original project, FontanaArte presents Bilia Mini in new breathtaking chromatic variations.

Vibration is a fabric produced and finished in Italy, made with polyester FR yarn in 40 different colors that can be matched with the Atmosphere, Emotion and Dynamic collections, for a total of 160 products, all available on stock. Vibration is a fabric with an extremely soft and enveloping surface resembling natural fabrics. The effect was achieved by dyeing the jacquard textile bases with rope overflow machines and subsequent processing with a rubber cylinder. Vibration is part of the Demitec range that introduces a new fabric concept, born of Flukso’s solid experience and bound to revolutionize the word of interior design. Demitec combines the elegance, enveloping textures and prestige of fabrics traditionally reserved for the residential sector with the resistance and high technical performance of contract fabrics.

Like a complex maze, the pattern is built up of carefully selected tone-on-tone colours that create a subtle play in the soft carpet surface. The collection is available in 27 variants, ranging from light beige and grey shades to more saturated and warm colours. The wide range of colours makes it possible to design colour-combined solutions where several variants are put together to define quiet zones, common areas and paths that lead the way through the space or promote social distancing in busy spaces. Maze differs from the other collections in the ReForm concept by having a cut pile.

Dipping Light

Beyond its function as a lamp, Dipping Light seeks to excite. When it’s on, its varying shades of paint sift and filter the light, creating a magical effect in its surroundings. When off, the colorful glass sphere is a simple object of beautiful aesthetics.Dipping Light was born as an experiment – dipping a lit light bulb into paint several times – that turned into a lamp. The result is multiple layers of paint that draw concentric circles and trap the light, softening its intensity. The paint becomes a screen, colouring the light and giving it texture. This artisanal process makes each lamp unique and exclusive. This version can work as a wall light or a ceiling light, depending on where it is placed. A design that offers a base in two different finishes – gold and graphite – and a downward light which is dimmed by the colour of the shade.
Tape "Cord" Outdoor Stool

The Tape family of seats, which made its début in 2018, naturally evolves, incorporating items for the outdoor environment that maintain the undeniable elegance of the forms and concepts of the design, and add a few welcome variants that embrace the concept of outdoor living. The seats become deeper, larger and more relaxing, while the metal frame, in a new outdoor finish, is covered with the wicker-effect cords available in two colours: Mud and Liquorice. Here, the couture detail of Tape - the piece of ribbon that holds the feet on to the body - takes the form of a metal plate in Bronze colour, a finish that is the leitmotiv of all the outdoor seats of the 2019 Collection. The system offers many elements, ideal for creating relaxation areas also in small outdoor spaces or on urban rooftop terraces: from the armchair to the sofa, from the Paolina chaise longue to the original couch open at the back, from the chair to the coffee tables, up until the stool in two heights of 102 and 115 cm, in the collection from January 2020. The concept of the small tables in metal with Bronze finish is inspired by the distinctive Tape detail itself, which aesthetically secures the legs to the crown, inside which the top in Silver Beola or Corian® EC is inserted.
