Alfa was born from the union of just two pieces one is the back which continues into the rear legs the other is the seat that extends into the front legs. Both pieces are in composite polyester resin composite material with added fibreglass. Alfa can be glossy and matt lacquered.

Designed in 1956-1957 the bookcase is part of the furniture of Gio Pontis private house in Via Dezza in Milan. This re-edition is produced based on the original drawings from the Gio Ponti Archives. It is part of the Molteni&C Gio Ponti Collection. Made from shaped multi-layered material with elm veneer partly with natural transparent finish partly hand-painted in white. Available in the versions with or without applied mirror.

Vincent Van Duysen designed the Regent coffee tables with three top shapes round oval and square. The size of the tops is inversely proportional to the height of the coffee tables allowing them to fit into each other creating islands of elements side by side. Prime is designed to express the full potential of a kitchen featuring recessed opening. It comes in a range of different compositions designed to meet the most sophisticated aesthetic demands. The finger recess runs seamlessly the length and breadth of the product and ends on the side panels an alternative solution to the finished sides offering ample scope for personalization. The Prime door is shaped at the top at 45 to make opening simpler and more ergonomic. The project also presents a new glass door for wall units and Flair columns both lit with concealed LED profiles in the sides of the units and the new Wing system with tapered aluminium shelves. The Prime snack bar completes the composition with a titan and pewter aluminium framework and a top made of dark walnut accompained by Woody stools by Francesco Meda who designs the entire Woody seating collection for Molteni&C.

An articulated range of wooden drawer units with neat and elegant design characterised by a remarkable breadth of finishes that make it a versatile product for any furnishing solution. A large family of storage units in wood characterized by painted side inserts and frosted glass tops in nuances of colour that allow customers to create clear contrasts between frame and drawers and also monochromatic units. Two versions of the base are available the traditional floor standing base and the metal base which draws attention to the slender lines.
Revolving column

The rotating column was developed in 1988 by Dada R&D it is a pantry for corner solutions with an incredible storage capacity due to the full use of its internal shelves. The system is based on a central pillar in extruded aluminium and a patented rotation mechanism that pivots for 360 on two sets of ball bearings making every part of the five chrome metal wire shelves accessible. The safety profiles effectively protect hands when the pantry is accessed.

The Porta Volta Chair by Herzog & de Meuron marks a new chapter of collaboration between Molteni&C and the renowned international architectural firm and long-term partners of Molteni Group. A special edition Porta Volta chair will be featured in the main reading room at The National Library of Israel in Jerusalem. Molteni&Cs sister brand Unifor is collaborating on the exciting project by managing the remodeling of the reading room including all shelving and built-in furniture to ensure the interior components work in harmony.

The basic idea is that of a small table which thanks to sideways movable tops can act not only as a surface for objects but also as a device for bringing whatever is required into the foreground. MHC.1 is a new edition of the prototype of the first modern piece of furniture made by Molteni&C the chest of drawers designed by Werner Blaser. Thought it was never produced industrially in 1955 it won first prize at the Cant Prima mostra selettiva - Concorso internazionale del mobile a competition designed to re-qualify the image of Italian furniture making. The jury was made up of Gio Ponti Alvar Alto Romano Barocchi Carlo de Carli and Finn Juhl. The unusual joinery features a simple three-fork joint.
