The Montera stool features a distinctive cross-like structure with raised legs and a gunmetal grey metal footrest at the front, complemented by a smaller, curved backrest. Crafted with premium materials, it is available in Pelle Frau® leather or Cuoio Saddle Extra leather, stitched together with raw-edge seams for a refined finish, or fully upholstered in Pelle Frau® leather with tone-on-tone stitching. The shell is made from steam-curved and pressed beech plywood with polyurethane foam padding, while the base is crafted from wenge- or moka-stained solid ash wood, complete with protective plastic caps and a gunmetal grey metal piece on the footrest. The 360° rotatable column stool includes a height-adjustable gas spring controlled by a chrome steel lever under the seat, and its chrome steel base features a four-bracket cross plate, a column, a footrest with a knurled diamond motif, and a round plate. The upper column is upholstered to match the shell, ensuring a cohesive design. Designed by Roberto Lazzeroni, the Montera series embodies a formal lightness, celebrating the tactile beauty of leather and saddle leather, with a playful smile-like stitching detail on the backrest. The series includes chairs, armchairs, stools, and stackable chairs, offering versatility for various spaces. A downloadable 3D file of the product is available for design planning.
