PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
Powerfully expressive, this family of tables and coffee tables draws inspiration from the fluid, organic shapes of tree trunks, true sculptures produced by nature. A masterful technique of high-end cabinetry made the creation of extremely complex curves and veneers possible. The contoured internal structure is in MDF, sheathed in larch veneered plywood which is then milled along the curved edges. The larch base in Licorice lacquer can be paired with a top in open-pore stained flamed ash in Licorice color. The underside has a matt finish in the same color as the top, in Smoked Glass laminated to extra-clear or Amber color glass. The 150 cm diameter top is only available in Calacatta marble. The Lou table comes in both rectangular and round versions, in various sizes.

Real one-off pieces due to the oxidation process they undergo, which makes each one different from the others, the Pilotis Outdoor coffee tables are conceived as solid volumes of pure geometry. Their name refers to one of the distinctive architectural elements of Rationalism, and indicates the slender columns on which the airy volumes of the Rationalist buildings would lie. Designed by Rodolfo Dordoni and made in Corten or Cobalt Blue colour varnished stainless steel, the coffee table is available in two different heights, both with the same 27 cm diameter. The design, which perfectly expresses the vision of Minotti, capable of interpreting indoor and outdoor spaces with the same strong coherence, is produced using clever, advanced technology and materials conceived specifically for open air environments. The frame of the backrest is in stainless steel with a Bronze-coloured varnish and covered in polypropylene cords in shades that can vary from the more neutral and traditional tones of Dark Brown and Sand to brighter ones also inspired by nature and the chromatic development of the entire collection, Citron, Blue and Petroleum. Rationalist, minimal, designed by combining different materials and textures that enhance its linear shapes, the table features the element that characterises the Quadrado family on its top: a duckboard pattern. Teak duckboard, used in the yachting industry to facilitate the outflow of water, was introduced in 2018 as a modular element of the structured Quadrado seating system created by the Brazilian designer. The table comes in three dimensions, and features a top set on aluminium legs, designed as two panels that cross it on the short side. It sports a striking Lava Stone Powder finish, generating an interesting contrast between the surfaces and the Teak wood of the top. A number of plug-in accessories, such as the candle-holder and the Lava Stone tray, mean the table can be set to match the occasion. The Quadrado table can be used in different arrangements, perhaps forming part of a domino sequence or designing a frame round the trunk of a tree, as suggested by Marcio Kogan, as always in pursuit of an ideal relationship between his designs and the nature surrounding them.

The Daiki family includes armchairs with a deep seat, available both with and without arms, a dining little armchair and a footstool. Created using sophisticated wood crafting techniques, the curved shell in solid teak comprises two elements joined at a 45° angle, with a sloping backrest that guarantees maximum comfort. In the outdoor version the shell offers a snug fit for the stitched cushions, and is set on a stainless-steel frame with Bronze-coloured varnished polished legs.
