Shadows are complex and tell stories about objects out of view. They can reveal the invisible. In this Shadowplay collection, the multi-level loop construction creates a sculptural texture influenced by the distorted shade and light. Two co-ordinating patterns, Umbra and Obscura, can be used alone or together to compose layered shadows which dance across the floor. Tone on tone neutrals are complimented by haloes of colour which trace abstract shape and fade quietly away The collection is a great visual toolbox where you can achieve very different looks depending on the sizes and shapes you choose.  Shadowplay comes in a wide palette of contemporary colours from subtle tone-on-tone shades to more rich tones carefully coordinated for perfect combinations. Located on the castle grounds of Copenhagen’s Kastellet overlooking the waterfront promenade that is home to the Little Mermaid, The Langelinie Pavilion stands with a resilient spirit. The first Pavilion was built in 1885. Echoing its own ability to endure is the Pavilion chair by Andersen & Voll. Here the challenge was to design a stackable chair used for mass seating in this iconic, multi-purpose venue, the Langelinie Pavilion. The Pavilion chair has an airy feeling, with slim arms and legs that give it a light appearance. Now available in a contemporary chrome frame.

A design toolA cloud of colours targeted to design: the collection plays on a scale of solid colours to interpret architecture with large backgrounds, highlighting geometries or creating uniformity between surfaces. Play consists of 6 carefully selected matt colours: a range of neutral tones from very light to very dark with warm and cold shades. The perfectly solid colours are achieved through a special production process, the ‘solid colour tile’, which we have developed to create completely homogeneous coloured surfaces without any graphic or pattern effect. We offer mainly large sizes (up to 120×278 in White) to respond effectively to all project requirements, both for floor and wall tiles. Play guarantees the possibility of large single-colour surfaces with harmonious visual results and high technical performance also for outdoor wall tiles. The volumes are amplified by the choice of a “total colour” for floors, walls and ceiling: the result is a homogeneous envelope that conveys a strong impact.
