ZEROTEC ZLT Resilient materials are commonly used for floors and walls as well as over existing flooring. For thinner flooring materials, we recommend profiles that can be solidly anchored and provide maximum edge protection. The ZEROTEC family of profiles meets these needs by providing a solid base with tapered openings for mechanical fastening or to be adhered using appropriate adhesive. ZLT profiles provide sloped and ADA-compliant edge protection for resilient flooring materials of different heights ranging from 0 to up to ¼” (6mm).

COFLEX CKM expansion joints for mortar bed. COFLEX CKM technical sliding expansion joints are conceived for thick-set installations. Two metal sides interlock and slide with an internal gap of +/- 2mm, redistributing differential movement due to material compression and expansion. It offers durability and high resistance to vertical loads with a modern design. The profile is to be assembled on site; the gap between the metal sides must be infilled with rubber foam strips. Ideally used in retail shops, hotels, sports facilities and schools. Suggested floor bays: 16 - 25m2. How to install joints COFLEX CKM INSTALLATION: • Immediately prior to installation, assemble the two metal sides with the provided rubber foam strips. • Align and position the expansion joint in the mortar bed. • Lay the tiles as normal. • Level the tile and profile joint. • Completely fill the residual space between the profile and tile with grout.

JOINTEC GC profiles coupled with the GCP and GCR synthetic inserts in soft Resilflex allow the concrete to be poured, leveled and cured in one simple step, while still accommodating its expansion and contraction. The perimeter joint eliminates the need for base boarding.

Profiles for shower floor The SHOWERTEC STK range includes a series of profiles dedicated to the shower area. They are products designed to simplify the installation phase. STKPV profiles act as a transition between the sloping tiled shower tray and the floor when you want to install the glass wall as well. The latter can be combined with its STKF front profile and with the STKV glass holder profile mounted on the cladding to achieve safe assembly of the glass shower wall and to obtain a homogeneous and optimal finish thanks to the clean line of the installation. The Showertec STK profiles create bathroom environments with a minimalist and modern design, obtaining floor-level showers without obstacles and without architectural barriers.

SUPA4 – SUPA4 accessory for pavers with 4 mm tabs The Uptec SUPA4 accessory, with 4 mm tabs (ideal to create 4 mm joints), is made of a two-component material: polypropylene for tabs and rubber on the head to guarantee a noise-reducing and anti-slip characteristic. The tabs can be removed using the SUPAK key depending on the floor configuration. SUPA4 can also be used in combination with the aluminum joist. This accessory is to be used in combination with SUPAL and SUPAS pedestals.
