PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
The COPENHAGUE CPH10 series, originally designed by Ronan and Erwan Bouroullec for the University of Copenhagen, is a timeless collection of furniture that masterfully combines functionality with a cohesive, minimalist aesthetic. Created to meet the university’s need for a durable, stackable, and easy-to-clean wooden chair, the series features an innovative A-frame design that balances ergonomic comfort with visual appeal. The tabletop, available in 24 mm plywood with options for laminate, linoleum, or veneer finishes, is complemented by slanted wooden legs equipped with discreet, adjustable feet that can extend up to 12 mm for stability on uneven surfaces. The collection offers eight tabletop finishes, including black, green, grey, and off-white linoleum, as well as white laminate and oak veneer in black-stained, clear lacquered, or matte lacquered options, paired with four frame finishes in black-stained, soaped, or clear lacquered solid oak. A 3D file of the product is available for download, allowing for detailed visualization and planning. HAY, the Danish interior design company behind this collection, was founded in 2002 and is renowned for its contemporary, high-quality furniture and accessories that blend modern aesthetics with functionality. Collaborating with both established and emerging designers, HAY creates versatile, minimalist designs suitable for residential, commercial, and public spaces, making their products accessible to a wide audience.
