The approach and expression of this new sconce explores layering material & light and adapting new suspension techniques. A warm LED glow dignifies the carved stone and expresses natural marbleization.

The ANGLE is a sculptural wall light in cast aluminum. A sweeping arc of light is carved into the face of the fixture bringing balance to its brutalist form. Each casting is manufactured in small batches meaning slight variations will occur from piece to piece. Production marks may include slight pour ripples or surface pitting.

Dada Sconce

An interplay of Modernism and Art Deco influences, the DADA sconce is made of a hand blown glass globe, held on a steel plated arm coming off a polished reflector. A brass locking system secures the globe on the frame and can be unlocked to release the light, suspended by the brass ball stop on its steel plated mesh cord. Available in 2 sizes.

NOMADE Rug

Designed in Los Angeles, produced in Nepal, debuted in Milan - the NOMADE rug, a collaboration between Atelier de Troupe and cc-tapis, is a piece made for all interior spaces. Taking inspiration from the craft of Berber carpets that dates back milenia and the art direction of Michelangelo Antonioni’s 1975 film, The Passenger, Atelier de Troupe intention was to create a rug that transcends era and locale ultimately creating something nomadic. Capturing this meeting of California and Italy, Atelier de Troupe and cc-tapis filmed the rug in situ with other Atelier de Troupe pieces at Milan’s own Casa a tre cilindri, designed by Mangiarotti and Morassutti. This quintessential piece of mid century Milanese architecture was an inherent CHRice for telling the story of the NOMADE rug.
