Description

It isn’t often you can find a pedestal table made entirely of wood, especially when it is for a public space where stability and durability are essential qualities. Locus Pedestal Table (2017) and Locus Table (2023) has been created from an experiment with similar products in metal where the designer has transferred the formative properties to a pedestal table made entirely of wood. The table is perfect to combine in environments that require coffee, dining and bar tables in the same style. Locus Pedestal Table (2017) comes in heights of 550, 620, 730, 900 and 1100 mm, and in several different sizes of rectangular, square, round or oval tabletops. Tabletops are made of blockboard veneered in oak, birch, ash, standard stains on ash, white glazed oak or ash and in MDF with standard colors. Table top is also available in laminate (white, black, oak, birch, ash) and black desktop. Please enquire for details of non-standard sizes and finishes. The pedestal and feet with characteristic heels at the bottom are in solid wood with adjustable screws. Different cable slots as option, only for the rectangular table tops. The Locus Table (2023) is perfect for all kinds of meetings such as conferences, dinners, work or in other contexts where you need to meet. The table can be up to seven meters long with the wooden legs strategically placed for maximum stability. The table is available in a height of 730 mm and in rectangular shapes. The legs have a T-foot with a characteristic heel and are made of solid wood with adjustable screws. The tabletop is made of blockboard veneered in oak, birch and ash and standard stains on ash and white pigmented oak or ash. The tabletop is also available in laminate (white, black, oak, birch, ash) and black desktop. Special dimensions and other designs on request. As an accessory to the rectangular tables, there are various cable entries where the cable goes through the legs and down to the floor. The tabletop and leg can easily be dismantled with hand tools.
