Fiji washbasin
Maami Home > Washbasin
The Fiji presents itself with a clarity that, at first, almost deceives: a defined volume, two legs, a contained gesture. It does not impose. But it does not go unnoticed. Within that apparent simplicity lie design and production decisions that only become legible on close inspection, transforming the washbasin into a carefully constructed presence. The vessel is carved from a single block of natural stone. Its honed finish does not reflect light: it absorbs it. Light penetrates the surface and is diffused back, revealing the mineral texture without the brightness that would make it purely decorative. This is a reading that benefits from proximity. Each change in the ground tone, each veining inflection highlights the geological uniqueness of the piece. The cut is precisely controlled to maintain vein continuity across the exterior and the carved interior of the basin: a production detail that is subtle but evident in the overall perception. The solid walnut structure is hand-carved. Two legs define an open, calibrated base; a horizontal groove integrated into the timber serves as a towel rail. The functionality is inherent to the design itself, added nothing more. The walnut, warm to the touch and to the eye, balances the coolness of the stone. The dialogue between materials does not need to be declared to be felt. The Fiji has a specific relationship with the wall. Positioned close to the vertical surface. Or seemingly cut by it. The basin does not stand alone: it merges with the plane behind it, extending the wall's geometry into the design of the piece. The stone mass and the carefully balanced lightness of the walnut together establish an equilibrium between weight and openness. Available in different widths and various natural stones. Including Carrara marble. On request. Part of the MAAMI HOME Bath collection, it has become one of the brand's enduring reference pieces. Through the consistency of its design, the clarity of its structure, and the way a seemingly simple gesture becomes a direct encounter with material, proportion, and detail.
Fiore floor lamp
Maami Home > Floor lamp
The form manifests with an economy that is both geometric and material. The Fiore Floor appears as a volume where natural stone asserts its presence without the need for ornament. The surface is the statement, proportion is the gesture. The design combines structure and function in a cohesive manner. The mineral surface reveals itself with a finish that diffusely absorbs light. The texture is geological: veining and tonalities distribute naturally over a ground that appears continuous. The touch is cool and slightly satin. The stone presents itself with the honesty of its mineral makeup. Designed by Fábio Teixeira, 2020, the Fiore Floor integrates into the space with a presence that organises without overshadowing. Scale and materiality set the rhythm of the interior, giving the environment a visual weight that results from mass rather than decorative gestures. Floor lamp in marble with a honed matte finish. Mare bathtub
Maami Home > Bathtub
Mare invokes the Mediterranean's thermal culture. Stone as vessel, bathing as sanctuary. The name alludes to the sea, yet the piece belongs to the earth: natural travertine, a calcareous sediment formed by mineral waters over millennia, now carved and brought into contact with water. Designed by Mara Soares, 2025. Hewn from a single monolithic block, the bathtub is hand-carved to preserve geological layering and the characteristic porosity of travertine. The honed matte finish absorbs light without reflecting it, showcasing warm tones and sedimentary strata within the stone. Every pore, every chromatic variation, every line of mineral deposition is a trace of geological time. The signature of the block. External dimensions: 1832×812mm, height 555mm. Interior: 1720×700mm, depth approximately 450mm. Weight: 750 kg. Travertine is, in itself, both a material and a finish. Its open porosity interacts with the water the bathtub contains. A stone created by water, returned to water. A subtle ring of chisel-cut grooves along the rim introduces a geometric rhythm to the organic surface, maintaining tension between the precision of human gesture and the irregularity of natural sedimentation. At 750 kg, the mass grounds the space it occupies. Mare does not merely decorate a bathroom. It organises one. The monolithic form establishes a gravitational presence that redefines the room's scale, transforming the daily act of bathing into a direct encounter with matter, weight, and mineral silence. Available to order. Production lead time depends on the selection and availability of travertine blocks. Each piece is unique in its geology. Variations in colour, porosity, and veining form its identity, not defects.
Hawai washbasin
Maami Home > Washbasin
The Hawai presents itself as a tripartite composition: countertop, structure, module. Designed by Fábio Teixeira (2021), the washbasin organises three materials. Stone, metal, and wood. In an equilibrium of registers where each element fulfils a precise visual and constructive function. There is no decorative management: there is formal logic. The countertop. A continuous plane measuring 1500×500mm and just 90mm thick. Is crafted from a single piece of natural stone, CNC-machined and hand-finished. The basin is carved directly from the same material, maintaining vein continuity and the integrity of the plane. The honed matte finish absorbs light without reflecting it. The surface feels tactile, almost velvety, emphasising mineral texture over shine. The veining remains visible but is seen with greater subtlety: it emerges from the depths as geological marks that the finishing process has chosen to preserve rather than enhance. Beneath the countertop, a stainless steel structure coated in Gun Metal with a satin finish forms a clean, precise framework, with adjustable feet that enable levelling in any installation environment. The lower module. A drawer in walnut veneer or stone-clad. Discreetly fills the space between the legs, offering storage without disrupting the visual openness of the overall design. The interaction between the cool density of stone, the controlled linearity of metal, and the organic warmth of walnut creates a harmonious tension. Weight and lightness, density and openness. Hawai inhabits the bathroom as an autonomous piece of furniture. The pronounced horizontality of the countertop, extending beyond the limits of the module, lends it an architectural presence that organises the space without overwhelming it. The stone mass and the structural transparency of the metal together create a reading where natural materiality and constructive precision define the sensory experience of the interior. Ensemble dimensions: 850×1500×500mm. Approximate weight: 172kg. Available in Verde Alpi marble, among other natural stones and metal finishes on request. Lower module in walnut veneer or stone-clad. Designed by Fábio Teixeira. Part of the MAAMI HOME Bath collection. Customisable upon consultation.
mini Fiore table lamp
Maami Home > Table lamp
The form is resolved with an economy that is both geometric and material. The Mini Fiore presents itself as a volume where natural stone asserts its presence without relying on ornament. The surface makes the argument, while the proportion expresses the gesture. The design seamlessly integrates structure and function in a cohesive reading. The mineral surface presents a finish that diffusely absorbs light. Its texture is geological: veining and tonalities distribute naturally over a ground that suggests continuity. The touch feels cool and slightly satin. The stone reveals itself through the honesty of its mineral constitution. Designed by Fábio Teixeira, 2024, the Mini Fiore fits into the space with a presence that organises without overwhelming. Scale and materiality establish the rhythm of the interior, giving the environment a visual weight that results from mass rather than decorative gesture. Natural stone top in colours like Amarelo Negrais and Green Guatemala. Lacquered aluminium base. Portable and rechargeable via USB-C. The natural stone top is CNC-machined and hand-finished. Lacquered cast aluminium base. Up to 10 hours of battery life at maximum setting. Part of the MAAMI HOME Living collection.
Kata Noi washbasin
Maami Home > Washbasin
The Kata Noi is arranged in two layers: the suspended mineral surface and the wooden structure supporting it. The piece does not function as a traditional washbasin. It balances weight and lightness, density and openness, in a composition where each material serves a specific visual and structural purpose. The seemingly simple gesture hides careful calibration of proportions and the intersections between surfaces. The basin is carved from a natural stone block, CNC-machined, and hand-finished. The honed surface absorbs light and scatters it diffusely. The mineral texture appears matte, visible up close. The transition between the top surface and the basin cavity is smoothly curved, eliminating sharp edges: the stone guides water as if the form had existed within the block before machining. The lower cabinet. In walnut or oak veneer, depending on the configuration. Creates a nuanced temperature beneath the stone surface. The wood acts as support, contrast, and functional element: it incorporates storage with smooth profiles and hidden hardware, without disrupting the sculptural integrity of the whole piece. The organic warmth of wood and the mineral coolness of stone engage in a dialogue that is felt before it is consciously recognised. Two material states in a balance that neither overpowers. Suspended from the wall, the Kata Noi frees the floor and introduces a sense of lightness that contrasts with the mass of the stone plane. The horizontality of the countertop organises the space without overwhelming it. In the bathroom interior, the piece functions as furniture. A presence that defines the environment through materiality and proportion, rather than scale. Customisable dimensions available upon consultation. Wall-mounted installation. Available in Carrara marble and Kunis Brescia marble, among other natural stones on request. Cabinet in walnut or oak veneer with a natural stone top. Part of the MAAMI HOME Bath collection.
Nordic Stand-Alone Metal washbasin
Maami Home > Washbasin
Freestanding basin carved from Gris Alvito marble, with a walnut structure and satin Gun Metal feet. Nordic proportions and a generous drawer. Designed by Fábio Teixeira.
Notch coffee table
Maami Home > Coffee table
The notch as identity. Notch is a cylindrical marble side table with a surface interrupted by a vertical notch. A precise cut that runs the full height of the piece, shaping its character. The name is straightforward: notch, mark, incision. The minimal intervention transforms a basic cylinder into an object with direction and personality. The body is made of Travertine with a honed-matte finish and open pores, a choice that preserves the stone's natural geological texture. Travertine, formed by slow calcium carbonate deposition in thermal waters, features a porous, irregular surface that diffusely absorbs light and invites touch. Each cavity bears witness to the formation process; each tonal variation reflects the mineral conditions at the moment of deposition. The vertical notch is not merely decorative. It serves a structural purpose. It casts a shadow line that indicates the piece's orientation, disrupts the cylinder's radial symmetry, and provides a vertical reference that interacts with the vertical elements of the surrounding space: walls, corners, door frames. Standing approximately 42cm, Notch functions as a bedside, sofa-side, or corridor support. The weight and density of Travertine ensure stability; the circular top naturally receives objects. A square version also exists. Notch Square. Replacing the cylinder with a prism while keeping the notch as the unifying feature. Bespoke customisation available upon request. Design by Fábio Teixeira, 2019.
Vanuatu washbasin
Maami Home > Washbasin
The Vanuatu Double measures 2000mm as a substantial feature: two basins carved from a continuous natural stone slab, supported by an open metal framework that frames without enclosing. It dominates the wall with a horizontal presence that turns length into impact. The two-metre span arranges the shared bathroom space with a gesture that is both functional and sculptural. Each basin is crafted from a block of natural stone, CNC-machined and hand-finished. The honed surface reveals the mineral texture with warm tones and contained porosity. Pores scattered naturally across a gentle tonal background. Light is diffusely absorbed, giving the stone a tranquil depth reminiscent of geological continuity. The tactile quality is dry and porous: the surface invites close contact without shine. The stainless steel frame with brass finish supports the stone surface with an open, permeable design. The metal introduces a technical element contrasting with the organicity of the stone. The warm golden hue of brass against the mineral plane. The adjustable feet and lower articulation create a lightweight appearance despite the structural strength needed to support 150 kg. In the bathroom, the Vanuatu Double makes a strong statement that defines the interior scale. Its size. 2000mm, 150 kg. Requires a space capable of accommodating it; in turn, it organises the area with material authority. The two basins can be used at the same time; the plane between them functions as both support and transition. Dimensions: 1070×2000×500mm. Basin height: 850mm. Approximate weight: 150 kg. Available in travertine, among other natural stones on request. Brushed stainless steel structure with brass finish. Adjustable feet. Vanuatu Collection. Part of the MAAMI HOME Bath collection. Designed by Fábio Teixeira, 2018. Two basins on one surface. Travertine to share. The stainless steel structure with brass coating sustains the stone plane with an open and permeable geometry. The metal introduces a technical register that contrasts with the organicity of the stone. The golden warmth of brass against the mineral presence of the plane. The adjustable feet and lower articulation create a base that is visually light despite the structural robustness required to support the 150 kg weight. In the bathroom space, the Vanuatu Double installs a presence that defines the metrics of the interior. The scale of the piece. 2000mm, 150 kg. Demands a space that accommodates it; in return, it organises it with material authority. The two basins allow simultaneous use; the plane between them functions as a support and transition zone. Dimensions: 1070×2000×500mm. Basin height: 850mm. Approximate weight: 150 kg. Available in travertine, among other natural stones on request. Brushed stainless steel structure with brass coating. Adjustable feet. Vanuatu Collection. Part of the MAAMI HOME Bath collection. Designed by Fábio Teixeira, 2018.
Tuamotu washbasin
Maami Home > Washbasin
The Tuamotu Double spans 1830mm as a symmetrical composition of two basins mounted on a metal structure. The wall-mounted washbasin distributes dual functionality across a continuous plane, with each basin occupying its end, while the central area serves as a shared support zone. The symmetry is not merely decorative. It is functional, enabling simultaneous use without territorial conflict. Each basin is carved from a natural stone block, CNC-machined and hand-finished. The honed satin surface reveals the crystalline structure of the mineral, with veining that is evenly spaced over a light background. This resembles geological records that the finishing process preserves without exaggeration. Light is diffusely absorbed, giving the stone a calm depth that shifts with luminous angles throughout the day. The metal framework supports the stone slab with a subtle and linear presence, adding an industrial touch that complements the mineral bulk without competing with it. The metal acts as a support. Not as an expressive feature. The horizontal aspect of the whole is emphasised by the nearly two-metre span, creating a continuous line that organises the wall with material authority. In the shared bathroom area, the Tuamotu Double makes a commanding presence that defines the space's proportions. The two basins allow for simultaneous use; the central surface provides a common support. The size of the piece requires a space that can accommodate it. And in turn, organises it with a simple elegance that turns length into presence. Dimensions: 820×1830×420mm. Approximate weight: 90 kg. Available in marble and other natural stones upon request. Metal structure. Guimo Collection. Part of the MAAMI HOME Bath collection. Designed by Fábio Teixeira, 2017.

Iwo Jima washbasin
Maami Home > Washbasin
Iwo Jima simplifies the washbasin to its purest form: a horizontal slab of natural stone suspended from the wall, where the basin is carved out with minimal means that give the material full prominence. The construction is entirely mineral. A solid piece, carved and polished, projecting from the vertical surface as a suspended geological shelf. The polished finish reduces glare and highlights the crystalline texture of the stone, absorbing light so that the veining shows with subtle depth. The thinner dimension. 100mm. Enhances the visual lightness of the piece, counteracting the solid density of the material. Each piece features a unique veining pattern, giving the surface an individual character built block by block. The wall-mounted installation frees the floor entirely and presents the washbasin as a minimal architectural gesture. A horizontal line that organises the wall with precision. The absence of support furniture, legs, or any visible structure draws attention to matter and proportion. What does not exist shapes the piece as much as what does: the negative space beneath the volume is integral to the composition. In space, Iwo Jima establishes a contained and confident presence. The strong horizontal lines and the sleek profile give the washbasin a geometric precision that blends into interiors with refined architectural language. Where each element justifies its existence through proportional precision and quality materials. Standard dimensions: 100×1000×500mm. Customisable. Available in Carrara marble and other natural stones on request. MAAMI HOME Bath collection.
Continental shower tray
Maami Home > Shower tray
Continental Flush removes the boundary between the shower tray and the floor. No step, no threshold, no interruption. Estremoz marble seamlessly integrates with the finished floor at the same level, blending the shower zone into the architectural flow of the room. Designed by Fábio Teixeira. The piece is carved from Portuguese Estremoz marble and finished in leather, reflecting the stone's mineral texture. The surface remains uncoated; the granular structure of Estremoz provides grip and safety underfoot. A milky background streaked with golden-brown veining reveals the sedimentation that gave the stone its geological identity. Dimensions: 1100×1100×65mm. Weight approximately 150 kg. At the centre, a geometric pattern of CNC-machined holes channels the water flow while creating a visual grid that contrasts with the organic veining of the stone. The uniformity of the perforations and the irregularity of the natural veining coexist on a single plane, human gesture and geological signature side by side. Flush with the floor, the Continental does not compete with its surroundings: it extends them. The lack of a step fosters a continuous reading of the ground plane, enhancing the perception of the room and removing physical and visual barriers. The marble mass defines the shower zone through materiality rather than height. Features an integrated drainage system with an Estremoz marble lid, ensuring material harmony and visual continuity. Available to order, with an estimated lead time of six to eight weeks, subject to block availability.

Tiled shower tray
Maami Home > Shower tray
Calculated disappearance. Tiled is an ultra-low profile shower tray that blends seamlessly into the floor plane. A design intended to be felt before it is seen, where natural stone merges into the floor's continuity without abrupt transitions or steps that disrupt the space's fluidity. The base is precisely cut and finished by stone craftsmen, combining the accuracy of mechanical cutting with the delicacy of manual finishing. The drain is linear and hidden. A narrow slot in the surface that directs water to the drainage system without the visible presence of traditional grilles or drains. This feature is significant: drainage seamlessly integrates into the design, maintaining the continuous flow of the stone. The honed finish provides the surface with a specific tactile quality. Anti-slip when wet, smooth to the touch. The stone, hand-finished in its final details, maintains a subtle controlled irregularity that signifies the artisanal craftsmanship. In space, Tiled operates through subtraction. It adds neither volume nor vertical presence. It blends into the floor as a seamless extension of the ground surface. Its ultra-low profile enables a smooth transition between the shower area and the rest of the space, removing visual and physical barriers. The bathroom gains continuity, spaciousness, and a cohesive material quality that industrial bases do not offer. Custom sizing. Quote upon consultation. Lead time: six to eight weeks. MAAMI HOME Bath.
Tassa washbasin
Maami Home > Washbasin
Primary form. Tassa is a top-mount sink that simplifies the basin to its most basic form. A rounded shape carved from a natural stone volume, without auxiliary structures, visible mechanisms, or mediation between hand and material. The piece is machine-cut and then hand-finished by stone artisans. The process combines the accuracy of CNC cutting. Which shapes the exterior and internal details with precise tolerances. With manual finishing that softens transitions, refines edges, and imparts the subtle irregularity characteristic of craftsmanship. Wall thickness strikes a balance between visual lightness and structural strength. The sink is made from a single material. Stone forms, surfaces, and structure all at once. Instead of dialogue between different materials, there is a dialogue between finishes: the exterior may have a different texture from the interior, creating a contrast that enhances both the tactile and visual experience of the piece. In space, Tassa rests on the countertop as an autonomous object. The rounded form introduces softness into a setting that leans towards orthogonality. Straight countertop edges, rectangular mirrors, linear tiles. The piece acts as an organic counterpoint, anchoring attention without overpowering the composition. Available in various natural stones, with customisable material options and specifications upon consultation. MAAMI HOME Bath.

Nordic Wall-Mounted washbasin
Maami Home > Washbasin
The Nordic Wall-Mounted is a gesture of suspension. Its form reduces itself to a floating box, liberating the floor. Two volumes. The mineral surface at the top and the lacquered body below. Establish a visual dialogue that refuses symmetry. The design asserts itself through restraint: each line, each edge, each proportion exists because it serves a purpose. The mineral surface features a honed, matte finish. It does not shine. It absorbs light and enhances texture. Honing removes the glossy polish, bringing the natural stone closer to its raw condition. A tactile continuity that defines its character. The light that strikes this surface does not reflect; instead, it filters through the micro-cavities of the finish, creating a subtle, breathable tone. The mineral surface rests on a lacquered structure. This pairing is not merely decorative: the mineral mass at the top embodies weight and presence; the lacquered body below provides visual lightness. The contrast is not just in colour. It is in tactility, density, and how light interacts with each surface. Stone anchors; lacquer appears to suspend. Wall-mounted means more than just installation. It signifies that the floor remains clear. It indicates that the gaze is not anchored by any visual base. The piece appears to float, and the space below stays uninterrupted. In a bathroom, this is crucial: there are no broken zones, no accumulated shadows. The wall becomes a neutral support. The piece organises the bathroom like someone who whispers. Present, not invasive. The Nordic Wall-Mounted measures H43.5 × L120 × P50 cm and weighs approximately 85 kg. The surface is made of natural stone (Carrara marble with a honed matte finish). The structure is MDF lacquered in Light Ivory, a finish that maintains tactility and tone. The base is laser-cut, with textured epoxy paint. Includes one drawer. Designed by Fábio Teixeira, 2021. Nordic Collection.

Phra Nang washbasin
Maami Home > Washbasin
The Phra Nang appears as a suspended volume supported by legs that reach the floor: a washbasin that resides between wall and ground without surrendering to either. The piece offers three width options, incorporating dimensional adaptability into its formal identity: the design remains unchanged, only rescaled. The basin sits on the upper surface; the lower part organises storage in two drawers; the legs extend the piece to the floor with a vertical gesture that adds structural presence to the volume. The basin is excavated from a single block of natural stone, CNC-machined and hand-finished. The honed finish reveals the mineral texture of the surface. A light ground traversed by grey veining that emerges with contained naturalness. Light is absorbed diffusely, lending the surface a depth that is read at close range. The touch is cool and slightly satin: the stone declares itself without recourse to sheen. The walnut veneer body supports and enhances the stone plane, adding a warm tone that contrasts with the coolness of the stone. The solid wood legs extend this organic presence to the floor, visually anchoring the form. The collaboration between both materials. Mineral and vegetal. Is achieved with precise craftsmanship: neither overwhelms the other. In the bathroom space, the Phra Nang assumes a presence that is both ethereal and grounded. The floating plane above the legs suggests structural lightness; the two drawers provide functionality without disrupting the overall formal language of the piece. The design organises the wall and sets the rhythm of the interior through materiality, rather than scale. Dimensions: H82 × W60/80/100 × D50 cm. Basin depth: 10 cm. Approximate weight: 155 kg. Available in Carrara marble, among other natural stones on request. Walnut veneer cabinet with solid wood legs. Two drawers. Kata Collection. Part of the MAAMI HOME Bath collection. Oludeniz shower tray
Maami Home > Shower tray
Oludeniz derives its name from the blue lagoon on Turkey's south-west coast. A place where water meets limestone in sheltered stillness. This Gris Douro granite shower tray reflects the same relationship between mineral density and liquid presence in the bathroom. A surface where the stone's deep grey, highlighted by quartz and feldspar crystals, replaces ceramic neutrality with geological character. The piece is crafted from a selected Gris Douro slab, featuring a rectangular profile and a honed finish that offers an anti-slip texture for bare feet. The granite has low water absorption. The surface stays stable, durable, and unchanged with continued use. When wet, the tone darkens subtly, highlighting the crystalline structure with increased definition and depth. The drainage system is achieved through five narrow slats on the left side. Controlled openings in the surface that channel water to the drainage below without disrupting the stone’s continuous appearance. The slats introduce a linear rhythm to the horizontal plane, creating a geometric dialogue with the granular texture of Gris Douro. In space, Oludeniz anchors the shower floor with visual weight. The deep grey forms a base plane that contrasts with light walls or blends into dark colour schemes, depending on the project. The granite mass organises the shower zone through materiality. Not decoration. Available in raised and flush versions, in multiple dimensional configurations. Lead time: six to eight weeks. MAAMI HOME Bath.
Essaouira shower tray
Maami Home > Shower tray
Essaouira takes its name from the fortified city on Morocco's Atlantic coast. A place where stone and water have interacted for centuries, with sandstone ramparts absorbing ocean mists. This natural travertine shower tray reflects the same relationship between mineral matter and liquid element within the bathroom. The piece is made from a selected travertine slab, with a rectangular profile and a honed finish that offers an anti-slip surface when wet. Comfort and safety come from the stone's granular structure, without needing artificial coatings. The characteristic porosity, small sealed voids across the surface, and tonal variations between cream and light brown give the shower floor a geological character that no industrial material can imitate. Travertine communicates with itself through its finishes. The main surface, honed, diffusely absorbs light; the edges and lateral step, slightly more defined, create shadow lines that define the volume. When water flows across the surface, veining and voids become more expressive. Colour deepens, and texture becomes more apparent. On the left side, a subtle elevation manages drainage without conventional grilles. The lateral step acts as a design feature: it addresses water flow by integrating it into the piece's geometry. The base replaces ceramic coldness with a mineral presence, transforming the shower area from simply functional into a meaningful space. Available in raised and flush versions, with various size options. Lead time: six to eight weeks. MAAMI HOME Bath.

Freestanding basin carved from Gris Alvito marble, with a walnut structure and satin Gun Metal feet. Nordic proportions and a generous drawer. Designed by Fábio Teixeira.
Link bath accessory
Maami Home > Sanitary accessories
The form embodies an economy that is both geometric and material. The Link Collection presents itself as a volume where natural stone asserts its presence without ornamentation. The surface acts as the argument, and proportion as the gesture. The design integrates structure and function in a cohesive manner. The mineral surface reveals itself with a finish that diffusely absorbs light. The texture is geological: veining and tonalities distribute naturally over a surface that reads as continuous. The touch is cool and slightly satin. The stone exhibits the honesty of its mineral composition. Designed by Fábio Teixeira, 2022, the Link Collection occupies space with a presence that organises without overpowering. Scale and materiality set the rhythm of the interior, giving the environment a visual gravity rooted in mass rather than decorative flourish. Various dimensions per piece. Modular pieces CNC-machined on 5-axis with precision joints, hand-finished. Part of the MAAMI HOME Living collection.
Puka Puka washbasin
Maami Home > Washbasin
The Puka Puka extends as a generous platform where basin and storage share the same horizontal plane. The freestanding washbasin offers two size options. 120 and 190 cm. That adapt the piece's presence to the space's scale without changing its formal identity. The basin sits on the upper surface; the lower part houses three drawers that incorporate storage into the sculptural volume of the ensemble. The basin is carved from a single block of natural stone, milled on a five-axis CNC machine and hand-finished. The honed surface showcases the mineral texture with clarity. Grey veining over a light background, in a rhythm that the surface maintains without exaggeration. Light is diffusely absorbed, giving the stone a calm depth that is noticeable up close. The feel is cool and slightly granular. The walnut veneer body supports and complements the stone surface, adding a warm tone that enhances the material conversation without competing with the mineral presence. The wood is sourced from sustainably managed forests. A choice that incorporates environmental responsibility into the piece's construction. The cabinet is handcrafted by artisans, giving each unit a finishing quality that mass production cannot replicate. In the bathroom area, the Puka Puka presents a broad and organised presence. The ample surface of the top plane easily accommodates accessories; the three drawers conceal functionality without revealing it. The strong horizontal line of the piece organises the wall and sets the rhythm of the interior with a gesture that combines scale and restraint. Dimensions: H85 × W120 or 190 × D50 cm. Edge thickness: 10 cm. Basin depth: 31 cm. Available in Carrara marble, among other natural stones on request. Walnut veneer body from sustainably managed forestry. Three drawers.
Designed by Fábio Teixeira, 2016.
Doric washbasin
Maami Home > Washbasin
Doric derives its name from the oldest architectural order. The column that supported the Parthenon, reduced to its essential structural form. This freestanding washbasin reflects that heritage in a contemporary design: a stone cylinder that commands space through its proportion and verticality. Carved from a single monolithic piece of natural stone on a five-axis CNC machine, the cylinder is precisely divided into four sections during production to ensure the veining remains aligned throughout its full height. The honed surface finish absorbs light and diffusely reflects it, accentuating the mineral grains. Each section is then carefully reassembled and finished by hand. A process that maintains the integrity of the original block. The piece weighs 110kg and stands 855mm tall on a Ø400mm base. A linear carving extends along the outer surface, introducing a second texture. Vertical grooves that contrast with the smoothness of the honed finish. Two states of the same stone in conversation: the untouched surface and the inscribed surface. Under raking light, the grooves gain depth and shadow; under diffused light, they recede and blend into the cylindrical mass. The verticality of Doric reorganises the hierarchy of a bathroom. Where a conventional washbasin defers to the wall, this cylinder asserts itself as an autonomous volume. It anchors the space, defines an axis, and demands distance. The stone mass and the column-to-base proportion create a sculptural tension that elevates a functional act into an architectural gesture. Available in Grigio Nuvolato and Estremoz Pardais marble, along with other natural stones on request. Designed by Fábio Teixeira. Reference installation: Café São Gonçalo (circa 1930), Amarante, Portugal. Made to order with hand-finishing.
Tyre shower tray
Maami Home > Shower tray
Drawing on stone. Tyre is an Arabescato marble shower tray that transforms the bathroom floor into a surface of graphic expression. The stone's white ground traversed by intricate grey veining, in a pattern no industrial process replicates because it is geology that inscribes it. The base is machined from a chosen slab, available in rectangular and square shapes. The drainage system is built into the piece, integrated within the geometry without added layers. The finish is honed. A surface that offers natural anti-slip qualities and maintains the veining's appearance without the gloss that could distort it. Arabescato presents a minimalist style that, paradoxically, is highly decorative. The grey veins flow across the white surface with deliberate irregularity. Sometimes thin and linear, other times branching into denser patterns. When water covers the surface, the contrast between vein and ground becomes more pronounced: white appears whiter, grey more defined. In space, Tyre serves as a graphic plane on the shower floor. The light base enlarges the sense of space and adds a visual element that replaces the monotony of white ceramic. Available in flush (floor-level) and raised versions, it suits various installation types. Multiple dimensional configurations available. Lead time: six to eight weeks. MAAMI HOME Bath.
Molokai washbasin
Maami Home > Washbasin
The Molokai extends across 1500mm as a continuous line where basin and storage share the same plane. The wall-mounted washbasin features natural stone and wood in a horizontal composition that organises the wall without overloading it. The excavated basin occupies one end, the oak veneer cabinet extends to the opposite side, and the ensemble acquires a sense of direction that guides use without restricting it. The basin position. Left or right. Is selectable, incorporating flexibility into the formal identity of the piece. The basin is crafted from a block of natural stone, CNC-machined and hand-finished. The honed surface reveals the crystalline texture of the mineral, a gentle ground marked by subtle veining that appears with quiet regularity, without fuss. Light is absorbed and scattered diffusely, giving the surface a calm depth that can be appreciated up close. The feel is cool and slightly gritty: the stone shows itself without trying to be polished. The oak veneer cabinet extends laterally from the basin, providing storage and a support surface that complement the washbasin's function without disrupting the overall horizontality. The wood acts as a thermal counterpoint. Organic warmth against mineral coolness. In a dialogue where neither material overtakes the other. The connection between the two is achieved with careful precision. In the bathroom area, the Molokai exudes a generous yet restrained presence. Its prominent horizontal form organises the wall and sets the rhythm of the space. The 1500mm length enables a balanced division between basin and support zone. Functionality seamlessly integrated into the sculptural form of the volume. Dimensions: 390×1500×500mm. Approximate weight: 90kg. Available in Estremoz marble, along with other natural stones on request. Oak veneer cabinet. Selectable basin position (left or right). Part of the MAAMI HOME Bath collection. Designed by Fábio Teixeira.
Puro washbasin
Maami Home > Washbasin
The Puro is a single-piece volume where basin and drainage slope are carved directly from natural stone, eliminating joints and maintaining the continuous form of the block. It comes in two variations. Single and double. Which scale the design without changing its overall style. The push-to-open system hides hardware: the drawer opens with a touch, keeping the surface sleek and clean. The stone's texture is porous and contained. Soft pores evenly distributed over a background of warm tones. The honed finish diffusely absorbs light, subtly revealing variations in the surface as the light changes. The straight grain emphasises the understated nature of the piece. The feel is dry and slightly granular: the stone presents itself without any polish. Beneath the stone surface, the solid wood body supports and warms the volume. The oak introduces an organic tone that contrasts with the mineral coolness of the stone, creating a dialogue of material temperatures where neither element dominates. The absence of handles maintains a clean profile. Functionality blends seamlessly into the geometry without disrupting it. In the bathroom space, the Puro creates a calm and practical presence. The contained volume arranges the environment through materiality and formal clarity. Without ornament, excess, or unnecessary gestures. The piece sets the rhythm of the interior with an economy that is both visual and structural. Single version: 450×1000×500mm, approximate weight 70 kg. Double version: 450×1600×500mm, approximate weight 115 kg. Available in travertine, among other natural stones on request. Solid European oak body. Push-to-open system. Part of the MAAMI HOME Bath collection. Designed by Fábio Teixeira, 2025.
Qurum shower tray
Maami Home > Shower tray
Contained luminosity. Qurum is a Carrara marble shower tray that introduces to the bathroom floor the mineral clarity of one of architecture's most recognised stones. Luminous white ground, delicate grey veining that traverses the surface like capillary drawings, a presence that elevates the horizontal plane without overburdening it. The base is crafted from a carefully selected slab, available in both square and rectangular shapes. The raised edges define the perimeter with precision. They are not merely decorative mouldings but serve a functional purpose by containing water and marking the transition between base and floor. The drainage system is seamlessly integrated into the piece, designed without grilles disrupting the stone's appearance. The finish is honed, providing natural anti-slip qualities and a soft feel to the touch. Carrara marble interacts with light in a unique way. The white base reflects ambient lighting, enhancing the perception of brightness in the shower area. The grey veins, varying between more defined and nearly imperceptible, form a pattern that reveals itself gradually. The stone rewards careful observation. In space, Qurum functions as a plane of light. The pale base visually enlarges the shower area and creates a luminous contrast when paired with darker walls or floors. The raised edges add an architectural elegance that sets the piece apart from a simple functional base. Available in square and rectangular configurations, with raised and flush versions. Lead time: six to eight weeks. MAAMI HOME Bath.
Navagio washbasin
Maami Home > Washbasin
The Navagio features clean lines and contained thickness: a wall-mounted washbasin where form is pared down to the essential gesture needed to hold water and organise the space. The piece can include an optional cabinet in oak or rosewood veneer, creating a volume where storage and mineral presence coexist harmoniously. The formal simplicity is not a lack of decision. It is the distillation of every choice until only the essential remains. The basin is carved with gentle curves that smooth out sharp edges, creating an interior that flows naturally with the gesture of water. The natural stone surface has a slightly porous texture and a warm colour palette. Beiges, creams, ochres. Giving the washbasin a visual warmth that contrasts with cooler stones. The honed finish retains this porosity without exaggerating it, softly absorbing light and subtly revealing tonal variations that change with the light throughout the day. The cabinet, when present, extends beneath the stone plane in oak or rosewood veneer, offering discreet storage and a second material warmth. The wood acts as a complement, not competition. Organic warmth that enriches the dialogue without contesting the stone's presence. The exterior profile remains clean: straight lines, balanced proportions, concealed hardware. Suspended from the wall, the Navagio frees the floor and establishes a sense of formal simplicity. The visual lightness of the volume. Contained in thickness and accentuated by horizontality. Organises the bathroom space with a gesture that is both minimal and materially rich. Customisable dimensions available upon consultation. Wall-mounted installation. Available in travertine and other natural stones upon request. Optional cabinet in oak or rosewood veneer. Part of the MAAMI HOME Bath collection.
Bali washbasin
Maami Home > Washbasin
Bali is a wall-mounted washbasin that highlights the art of marble sculpting within its pure formal simplicity. The piece, made from Arabescato, features a basin carved from a single block where the drainage system is completely concealed. No visible drain interrupts the smooth mineral surface. This technical design transforms the basin into a continuous plane of stone, where water appears to vanish as if absorbed by the material itself. Arabescato features a white surface crossed by grey and ochre veins, creating a lively pattern that brings visual energy to the washbasin while contrasting with its quiet functionality. The honed finish diffusely reflects light, reducing glare and highlighting the mineral richness of the material. Each vein tells an individual geological story. Making every basin a truly unique landscape. The wall-mounted installation frees up space beneath the washbasin, allowing the floor to be read without interruption and giving the piece a floating appearance against the wall. This visual lightness. Mineral mass supported in emptiness. Defines the spatial character of Bali. The absence of visible structural elements shifts all focus to the stone and the geometry of the excavation. In the bathroom, Bali creates a silent, sculptural presence. The radical simplicity of the design. One volume, one basin, no visible joint. Transforms the everyday act of washing into a gesture upon stone. Available in various marble options. Customisable dimensions. MAAMI HOME Bath.

Eme washbasin
Maami Home > Washbasin
The Eme begins with a dual gesture: the geometric rigour of the cylinder and the rhythmic inscription that runs its length. The washbasin balances tension between compact mass and graphic lightness. A series of engraved lines wrapping the volume at regular intervals, marking rhythm in stone as one marks time between sound and silence. The basin is carved from a single monolithic block of natural stone by lathe-turning and five-axis CNC milling, then finished by hand by specialist artisans. The honed satin finish absorbs light without reflecting it. Veining remains visible but veiled, traces perceived through a layer of mist. The surface is cool to the touch and slightly resistant: the stone asserts its tactile presence without ornamentation. The ensemble pairs with an iron cabinet in a raw industrial finish. Forge marks and surface oxidation, stabilised through modern technological processes, read as character rather than imperfection. Four shelves. Two open, two concealed behind iron doors. Complete the functional composition, topped by a natural stone surface that extends the mineral continuity of the whole. The dialogue between the dense coolness of stone and the rough warmth of iron creates a material equilibrium where neither element dominates. The Eme inhabits space with deliberate weight. The verticality of the cylinder, the thickness of the stone block, and the raw character of the iron. The ensemble frames the interior, highlighting a reading where natural materiality and formal presence shape the sensory experience. The tectonic silence of the piece affirms the object in the room without recourse to decorative excess. Ensemble dimensions: 850×900×450mm; basin Ø470mm, depth 170mm. Approximate weight: 110kg. Kauai washbasin
Maami Home > Washbasin
The Kauai features an asymmetric design: a natural stone plane extended laterally over an oak veneer body, with the basin offset to the left or right depending on the spatial arrangement. This positional flexibility is not merely a functional compromise. It is a deliberate design choice that embeds adaptability into the piece's identity. The washbasin is non-repetitive: it reorients itself. The stone surface features a honed finish that diffusely absorbs light. Its mineral texture appears matte and slightly porous, providing a tactile quality that sets it apart from polished surfaces. Veining and tonal variations are subtle, observed closely as geological traces that the finishing process preserves without exaggeration. The basin is carved directly from the plane in a seamless gesture, removing joints and maintaining the integrity of the block. The oak veneer body supports and enhances the mineral plane, adding a warm tone that contrasts with the coolness of the stone. The wood serves as a visual base, structural support, and resting surface. It extends the washbasin’s functionality beyond the basin without disrupting the sculptural appearance of the ensemble. The connection between the two materials is executed with precision: neither dominates the other. Suspended from the wall, the Kauai frees the floor and installs a balanced material presence. The asymmetry of the composition lends dynamism to the volume. The countertop extends to one side, the basin anchors on the other, and the ensemble acquires a directionality that guides the eye without fixing it. In the bathroom space, the piece organises the environment through materiality and gesture, not through scale. Customisable dimensions on consultation. Selectable basin position (left or right). Wall-mounted installation. Available in Travertine Silver marble, among other natural stones on request. Oak veneer body. Part of the MAAMI HOME Bath collection.
