Halfway between the highly trendy configuration of free-standing bathtubs and a traditional wall-mounted bathtub, Voss is the new addition to Acquabella's Acquawhite collection, an “haute couture” line using Dolotek® as the main material for the entire range. Dolotek®, Acquabella's patented material, combines the properties of resin and dolomite with a silky matt white natural stone finish. Free of pores, Dolotek® can be cleaned quickly and with ease, preventing fungi and bacteria from proliferating and thus guaranteeing high levels of hygiene. Dolotek® is also extremely resistant to the impacts that can occur during daily use as well as UV rays and possible thermal shocks, balancing out high and low temperatures to ensure a flawless white look at all times. Voss is wall-mounted with soft rounded shapes: the base, slightly narrower than the rest of the structure, supports the monolithic bathtub which flares upwards for an even more welcoming design. The slender profile at the outermost part of the bathtub transforms at the sides to become thicker, allowing bottles, sponges or other bathing essentials to be placed on it. Voss is a perfect solution for those who want the freestanding bathtub effect, even in smaller bathrooms where free-standing installation such as in the centre of the room is not possible.The power of water has always inspired Acquabella's collections. Its ductile, dynamic form is able to transform and adapt, while its essence purifies body and spirit. The Slate finish covers the surface of shower trays and totem-type basins for an extremely realistic feel. The texture of stone here takes on new forms made of curves and arches, for creations that are now both more minimalist and more daring. Finally, Acquabella introduces the use of eco-friendly polyol in manufacturing. This ingredient is made partly from plastic bottles and generates no VOC emissions, paving the way for even more sustainable business development.
