The Desk Accessories are a series of carved, solid wood storage containers. Materials: Solid Walnut. BassamFellows believes that every component of contemporary living should be beautiful, even the items some may consider quotidian. This notion - elevating an everyday storage receptacle into a piece of functional art - inspired the BassamFellows accessories collection. The Sharp Series is defined by its strong, sculptural forms. Taking their inspiration from an axonometric view of a simple box, the pieces are carved and sliced from a solid wood block, offering a design juxtaposition between their precise architectural shapes and the warm character of the wood. At home in almost any room, the supremely functional Sharp Series consists of a long box (CB-101), a short box (CB-102), and a tall box (CB-103), all with lids; Think of them as modular, functional art to enliven the desktop, living room or bath.
