The seating collection “Oltremare” designed by Antonio Marras and produced in collaboration with Saba, stems from a far-away past and place, full of history, recollection, memories overflowing with suggestions and visions. And this is how Antonio Marras presented an object so dear to him that he defines a sacred-idol, that narrates of his land, of his sea, but mostly, of his story. We named it Oltremare, because all things have a soul and every soul has a name. Oltremare encloses within its inlets the classic and the modern. The curve is a line that can be tamed: it forms a wave, a fold, it creates a place but it also offers an escape route. In our utopian world we investigated the relationship between the curved line and the act of seating, asymmetric shapes that become backrests and sink into extremely comfortable seats pushing past the rectangular schemes so dear to the sober lines of designing sofas. The asymmetric curves that enclose it are the inspirations for the Oltremare armchair that completes the collection alongside a padded bench. A comfortable nest suspended on a slim varnished metal base, whose essential lines render, by contract, the armchair’s silhouette even more interesting. Oltremare is a seating system that, even though winks at the past, it communicates a strong contemporary soul and is suitable by nature to various interpretations. Fully removable covers.

The Quiet collection is a comprehensive table series that include laptop, occasional, mid-height, conference/cafe, and bar height tables. With pared-back silhouettes and the rich materials of American walnut and brushed stainless steel, Quiet exudes sophisticated minimalism. Though quite substantial, the beveled edge top makes each table appear wafer-thin.  Quiet tabletops are available in maple, oak, paldao, and walnut veneer, laminate, back-painted etched glass, and a glacier white solid surface.   Resting on custom glides, Quiet’s stainless-steel base is offered in a brushed finish or various powder coat colors. 

Lancer

Inspired by the recognizable Rotring 600 metal pencil, the Lancer table collection combines function and quality with a slender design. Lancer tables are unique because of their customizable three-part base, including a stem, fluted column, and base plate. Lancer tops are featured in an oak or walnut veneer. The stem is available in polished stainless steel and matte black. A fluted column offers a subtle textured detail and is available in three finishes: polished stainless steel, matte black, and brushed brass.  The base plate is available in brushed stainless steel and matte black.

Linc

Designed as a seemingly continuous wood loop, Linc tables feature gentle curves with a subtle angular expression. Linc, available in two sizes, exhibits tapering platforms constructed of solid American maple or walnut. 

Blueprint Block

The Blueprint table collection offers smart, adaptable designs, to personalize work environments for open and private spaces. Blueprint allows for the mixing of materials and styles to create an eclectic space or a simple, streamlined design. The collection features a variety of different table configurations and media walls. The Blueprint Block table features a traditional Parsons table aesthetic, highlighted by a beveled edge detail. It also offers several integrated power device options, supported by a universal cable management system. Blueprint Mediawalls are used as freestanding units or against a wall, with single or double-sided Block tables. Combined with the Blueprint Frame tables, Mediawalls provide mounting for monitors and marker boards.

Dymen

Interlocking wood grain gives beauty and character to the Dymen table collection. Constructed from solid suar wood, Dymen tables feature unique characteristics inherent to the natural material.  The collection features a half-sphere table and a smaller cylinder table with non-marring glides.  Dymen tables are finished with a smoky black glaze.

The 100% natural Rubber Hot Water Bottle is made from the rubber tree milk sap, a sustainable product made from renewable raw materials. The patterns and natural colours are inspired by the Alpaca’s environment in Northern Bolivia.

It fits three pairs of shoes on each row and twelve pairs of shoes in total. It accommodates all different types of shoes.  

Remake Stool

Remake Stool is made from recycled beverage cartons in a special process that allows for a mix of materials, such as paper, plastic and aluminium, which can be recycled again and again. The material is a low-carbon, fully circular and excellent alternative to traditional furniture materials and thus a sustainable choice. The strong, stable and versatile stool aligns with the principles of the circular economy and helps reduce the amount of waste generated in the furniture industry. Using the same screws, tools, methods and skills as wood, the stool has strong joints and a surface treatment suitable for any environment. Among its many sustainable properties, the product reduces CO2 emissions and is 100% recycled and 100% recyclable. It contains no additives, VOCs or formaldehyde. The production generates no waste, uses no water and has zero emissions.

Ambrosia is essentially a line of light that can be converted into a modular system, capable of extending the illumination it offers to adapt to any space. A design that recovers and revisits the tube light, timeless, and updates it so that its simple structure and diffuse lighting add beauty to any space. This collection expands on its possibilities by proposing a change in the plane of light, from horizontal to vertical.This new style of lamp is available in two versions, both of which are pendant lamps. First there is the Ambrosia V, a 235-cm-high vertical structure consisting of two tubes of light of different lengths. An interrupted line of light, a detail that brings lightness and character to the lamp. Its design allows you to choose the lighting, either towards the wall for indirect light, or towards the main space for direct light. This aesthetic and functional design also works well in domestic settings. The other vertical version, Ambrosia V, joins three light tubes placed at different heights, forming a sculptural ensemble. This option can provide a great deal of light and therefore comes with a dimming system for easy lighting control. It is available in two heights of 130 and 175 cm. Both sizes can be electrically connected through the ceiling rosette or the floor plug. The new Ambrosia allows you to create vertical lighting compositions, combining different sizes in repetition to illuminate large spaces. When installed individually, it fills the space with light and warmth. Its slender design sets the perfect scene in any room. A totally new perspective for this flexible lighting system, which achieves maximum light expression with a minimalist structure. The metal structure is available in two finishes – black and matte gold – and the light source in three colour temperatures: 2200 K, 2700 K and 3000 K.          

Funiculí

For Lluís Porqueras, designing consisted of eliminating the superfluous until an essential object was left: beautiful, useful and simple. This was the case with the Funiculí, a 1979 lamp that Marset reissued in 2013 and which has become an emblem of the collection.Lightweight, it takes up almost no space and can function as an ambient lamp or for direct light, depending on how you direct the beam. Its designer released the shade to give maximum mobility. It can rotate through 360 degrees to focus the light where you want and also has a double clamp system for height adjustment. For the Funiculí, forty years are nothing; it has stood the test of time and now comes in new colours that further expand its possibilities. It is no longer only available in the neutrals moss grey, black and off-white. The new colours – green, terracotta and mustard – are intense. They are design statements, highlighting the shapes of the Funiculí and bringing chromaticism to the space. The new shades are cheerful and vivid, conveying that colour can also be essential.

Matin Floor Lamp

The Matin Floor Lamp offers a contemporary yet poetic design, with a construction that combines visual delicacy with physical robustness. The flat-packed design consists of a slender polished brass steel frame complemented with matte black hardware and zinc alloy joints at the base, which is paired with a pleated cotton shade in a variety of carefully selected colours. The light source is an integrated LED, offering a diffused light which is accompanied by a digital in-line dimmer floor switch to adjust the output of light if required.
