DESIGN Named after Octavia Hill, one of the founding members of the National Trust, the Octavia design draws inspiration from a detail in an 1872 pen and ink drawing of an herbaceous border by the nineteenth-century garden designer Gertrude Jekyll. This historic floral motif is reinterpreted in cast aluminium, appearing in intricate detail across the table top and in the seat and back of the accompanying chairs of the collection. The result is a cohesive design language that is decorative yet disciplined, rooted in English garden heritage.
