The tree grates FARFALLE are made in steel, later cold galvanized and polyester powdercoated. The laser cuts available offer a variety of decorations, drawings and dimensions. The smaller treegrates, FARFALLE 735mm, are made of 4 elements: 2 forthe tree grates and 2 for the perimeter frame. The tree grates FARFALLE 990mm are made of 6 elements: the upper grate is divided in 4 parts, where as the frame is divided in 2parts. The bigger grates FARFALLE are made of 8elements: both the upper grate and the frame are divided in 4 parts. The upper part of the grate is the result of the steel sheet’s cut (thickness50/10), where as the frame is made in steel sheet (thickness30/10). If present, the frame is fixed to the ground through specific bolts (notprovided) to be inserted in ovals 12×18 mm. Our PRECIOUS bench is made in HPRC® a composite, malleable and highly performing material that allows the production of elements of any shape. HPRC® is characterised by its very high mechanical resistance (traction / compression) and im-permeability. It is highly resistant to shocks and atmospheric agents (salt, smog, ice, sand, etc.). The smooth and material finish and the very high ability to disperse heat / cold make it a very comfortable material even in extreme climatic situations. An anti-graffiti material and, if necessary, repairable thanks to the repair KIT supplied on request. An ECOLOGICAL material, it is produced with at least 30% recycled and 100% recyclable material, and which meets the minimum environmental criteria (MEC) dictated by current regulations. A material that makes today’s product a resource for the future and that allows the transition to the circular economy. Our precious bench is 450mm high and available in 3 sizes: SMALL (1035×1285), MEDIUM (1150×1740) and LARGE (1500×2150). In this bench it is possible to request sitWARM®, a technology, developed by LAB23 in collaboration with the Italian company of reference in the field of electric heating, that heats the surface of the outdoor seating in a homogeneous, safe, ecological, economical and it does not require any maintenance after installation. This product is entirely made in Italy from steel subjected to an electrolytic galvanising cycle and subsequently painted with PP powders with Ral colour of your choice. The wood used is Iroko or Okumè, treated with natural water-repellent oils resistant to UV rays.
