Corknature

Corknature is a disruptive pattern that combines cork and naturally preserved plants, offering strong flexibility, plasticity, and natural vigor without requiring maintenance. To create the cork structure, we adopted a generative system that transforms procedural images (bitmaps) into three-dimensional surfaces. The green plants are integrated into the cork in an evolving way, inspired by digital principles of attraction and dispersion. It’s a perfect example of a biomimetic and biological approach. MOXX is a versatile and sustainable space-in-space system that supports activity-related work methods within an open work environment. MOXX allows your employees to complete their tasks in a pleasant and undisturbed way. Whenever people need to confer, they simply find a MOXX unit and discuss things without disturbing their colleagues working in the open space. Those inside the unit cannot be heard by those outside, and vice versa. The combination of glass panels and  upholstered wall elements makes for good acoustics and optimal comfort. This makes MOXX an excellent solution for a multifunctional office environment.
