Part of the "cOre" capsule collection, it takes inspiration from coring techniques used in cutting stone and concrete, translating these industrial gestures into a refined design language. Its sculptural silhouette, marked by rhythmic curves and recessed lines, evokes the traces left by extraction — as if the table itself were cut and released from a larger mass. The play of convex and concave surfaces creates a dynamic profile that changes with the light, reinforcing the sense of an architectural fragment shaped by both precision and removal. Characterized by the distinctive sanded effect, the surface reveals the grains of the Tevere river sand embedded in the mix, linking the design to the Roman territory while enhancing its tactile richness. While inspired by coring, each piece is actually created through a bespoke mold pour, into which are integrated fragments and leftovers from previous castings — a deliberate choice that reinforces the commitment to sustainability.
