Archimede workstation

Archimede is a Laptop Caddy designed by the architect Leonardo Rossano with two oak veneer wood tabletops or methacrylate polymer and a structure in mat chrome steel. The “genial” workstation on wheels adjusts from sitting to standing height, and the mouse tray can be positioned on left or right. The two tabletops are independently adjustable, each with several inclinations and heights to fit any situation, whether on foot or seated on a sofa, chair or bed. This workstation match perfectly in harmony with computer technology devices.

GUBI Atmosfera Dining Table

GUBI’s Milan-based design studio has created an outdoor table collection with the mood-setting title, Atmosfera. Comprising a dining table in two sizes, the table has been conceived to bring a unique vibe when gathering outside for al fresco dining and lounging. The tabletops are made from rhythmic, repeating slats of solid, premium teak, enclosed by a frame made from the same slats, giving a minimalist feel. The table legs are formed from two vertical slats, using a miter joint that creates an inverted ‘L-shape’ on each corner. Referencing architectural and maritime design, the unusual leg design provides both structural support and visual interest, giving the piece a certain lightness. Each leg protrudes slightly above the tabletop surface, culminating in a rounded detail in contrast to the geometric lines of the structure, that gives a calm composure to the design.
