Here, Martyn brings with him an extensive new body of work including vessels stacked like totems, planters, plaques and oversized hand thrown vases hand painted in an array of metallic and earthy tones synonymous with his often romantic, ethereal and abstract aesthetic. Ceramics is traditionally regarded as delicate, yet with Crockery Chairs, designer Max Lamb and 1882 Ltd. challenge this assumption, treating material pressure points as opportunities for innovation rather than constraints. The process begins with Lamb hand-sculpting each form in plaster, which then serves as the master model for 1882 Ltd.’s potters to reproduce through traditional slip-casting. This meticulous, time-intensive method demands weeks of controlled drying, expert handling, and carefully calibrated firing, each stage determining the final form and colour, and leaving little room for error. Crockery is both a feat of innovative production and an evolution of a long-standing creative dialogue, showcasing 1882 Ltd.’s technical mastery and Lamb’s material experimentation as they push ceramics beyond its presumed limits.

Aston is a family of individual pieces, including a sofa, a daybed, armchairs, footstool, chairs and stool in two heights – 101 cm and 114 cm – custom-designed to furnish homes and “public spaces” with style and elegance, allowing the conversation to continue between indoors and outdoors. The Aston “Cord” Outdoor collection comes with a pewter colour polyester-painted stainless steel frame specially treated for exterior use, as are the padded cushions, which are covered in waterproof fabric. The seat back is in a special braided 7 mm diameter polypropylene cord, available in the following colour variations: Light Gray, Dark Brown, Sand, Sunflower, Khaki Green and Rust, a perfect match for the fabrics in the Art Lifescape 02 textile collection and the shade of Alison “dark brown” outdoor. The painted stainless steel frame is finished with a special polyester paint for exterior use in Pewter colour and the seat back is in a special braided polypropylene cord, available in two colour variations: light grey and dark brown. The seats feature an exclusive Minotti Studio laser-cut geometric design. Inner padding of the cushions is in highly durable expanded polyurethane covered in water repellent fibre.

In Fynn, Scandinavian values meet Italian tradition. A contemporary design for outdoor spaces in teak wood, crafted with fine cabinet-making workmanship.  With a completely innovative approach, the fine cabinet-making process used for the manufacturing of outdoor wooden furniture is applied to a family of outdoor furnishing pieces in solid teak, combining sophisticated workmanship with an ultra-contemporary design.   Characterised by an interwoven frame that hosts soft seat and backrest cushions, Fynn has in the armrest its signature element. Elongated and slightly curved, rounded and smooth to the touch, it is completely handmade: its precise, well-defined line identifies the entire family, composed of armchair, lounge and dining little armchairs, benches, footstools, coffee tables in different sizes and a dining table. The Fynn Outdoor armchair and little armchairs feature a distinctive ultra-lightweight aesthetic with a simple structure in teak. The frame is interwoven with wicker-effect cords in Mud colour, hosting a padded seat and backrest cushion, designed as a single element. The informal rigour with which Fynn Outdoor hosts the padded element designs a comfortable seat. The bench completes the family. Its cushions sit on a frame interwoven with wicker-effect cords in Mud colour. The coffee tables also share the same line as the wooden armrest, which designs a slight curve also found in the rounded sides of the top. The central part of the coffee table is enhanced by the presence of the top in Pietra del Cardoso, creating a sophisticated combination of materials.
