Split & Fornace are the results of the passion, talent and attention to detail of master ceramists deeply rooted in their origins inspired by nature and the skilful use of the elements it has made available to them. Fornace is an extruded terracotta ‘listello’, while Split is an evolving study on the theme of breeze blocks size, the three-dimensional dividing elements obtained through artisan productions of drawn terracotta. Split now presents five different proposals: Loop, Oblique, Circle, Blend Deco and Blend Flo. Loop is a 3D element that traces the concept of an arch to create a ‘rhythm’ within the space, allowing a glimpse of the environment beyond the viewing point.
