Børge Mogensen presented the first version of the wooden chair in 1950 and later expanded the series with several variants. Two versions are available: the chair can rest on a glossy aluminium rotating base with central support or on a lightweight four-legged chrome structure.

The Comback comes in several modernised versions – the “swivel” model with four spokes and a central swivel shaft and the “sled” with two slim tubular sides.
