New York Outdoor

New York Sofa outdoor is the result of careful research into materials so as to preserve the uniqueness of the original design. It features a painted tubular metal frame specifically treated for outdoor use. The ergonomic cushion is covered in a quick-drying, non-absorbent technical fabric, and its great performance in the Martindale test guarantees abrasion resistance as well as hygienic breathability. The cushions are filled with quick-draining polyurethane, with a waterproof white cover. New York outdoor interprets the art of outdoor living with poetically light style and colorful charm, offering a choice of different tones, blends and solid colors. Metal, wood, rope: simple materials which reinvent commonly used objects. A collection of poufs and coffee tables made in metal rods and woven nautical cords, mixed together like the paints on an artist’s palette. The reference to David Bowie’s iconic Ziggy Stardust is no accident and relates to the irony in the idea of revolutionising the type of accessory furniture in the area for relaxing. The barrel and hourglass silhouettes come together to make up islands which expand: interweaving and volumes are enhanced in the coordination of the mixed colours of the cord, pointing to a new idea of furnishing accessory with endless possibilities of personalising the space. The two-tone plaited rope is an exclusive Saba combination.

Shades of Venice

The Shade of Venice dividers, inspired by the Venetian islands and their local glow, are created with a magical colorful weave of nautical cords. From the white stone of Giudecca to the colors of the vegetables that grow in the garden patches of Venice’s Sant’Erasmo, four variations were born: Murano, Burano, Giudecca and Sant’Erasmo. The light blue and green colors of Murano play in the threads of the divider’s weave, whilst the bright tonalities and contrasts of the Burano design reflect the colorful houses of the island in orange and blue. The design plays with positive and negative space, creating a peek-a-boo effect subtly revealing the surroundings beyond. The Shade of Venice dividers allow for great flexibility and infinite styling possibilities, both indoor and outdoor.

Pixel Light, the new seating system designed by Sergio Bicego, stems from the desire to expand on the concept of flexible form to embrace the idea of fluidity of spaces. We investigated new ways of using the Pixel sofa, the iconic Saba project, which celebrated its tenth anniversary in 2020. We lightened its forms by improving the technical performances, while maintaining intact its distinctive style that is suited to both interior and exterior spaces. Fully removable covers.

Elegant like jewellery, the Ring coffee tables are inspired by raw cuts of precious stones prior to being mounted into rings. The choice of materials is aimed to emphasise this inspiration behind the collection. The metal base structures are available in several variants each of which corresponds to a geometric form. Like in jewellery design, the glass tops in transparent or light colours are literally set onto the base structures.

Leyva

The Leyva table is made of painted iron rod welded into a grille of uniform squares. Sophisticated and unintrusive, Leyva decorates the living room with a light, contemporary touch. The Leyva collection also includes a latticework bookcase with the same design, a clean-cut and essential silhouette. Its willowy minimal contours conjure up an airy lightness. Whether it is wall-mounted or free-standing, it will easily blend into any setting. Perfect for modern settings and a seamless solution for industrial surrounds, it could also bestow an unexpected twist on more classical décor. Haiku

Haiku is a Japanese poem consisting of just three lines and a total of seventeen syllables. The coffee table designed by Marco Zito for Saba Italia is in fact made up of three parts: the frame and the two tops. The slim architecture suspends the tops on two levels which play with the partial overlap of colors, in a simple and well-gauged relationship of balance and proportions. Teo

The Teo low table, stems from the idea of evoking a constructive and symbolic archetype such as the dome. The surface has slight facets, recalling the segments that usually form the domes in architecture. Its transversal nature, the materiality and the nuances that characterize it, make it a passe-partout accessory in Saba environments, both indoor and outdoor.

Leaving a mark between two or more people is one of the oldest and most evocative acts of communication, and writing represents the essence of the act in the evolution of the instruments used. To study, to work, to write but also to think, read and reflect, the place, the atmosphere and the furnishing become part of the act itself.   With Alphabet, Saba narrates the interpretation of the writing table: a desk that was created for the domestic environment but that is also well suited to the most sophisticated demands in the field of hospitality and contract. A reserved corner, sometimes private, with a retro flavor but yet increasingly current, capable of interpreting the new scenarios of living.   In compliance with the stylistic codes of the brand, 967Arch offers a desk with rounded lines, able to fit into environments with personality and lightness. The finishes follow this philosophy, harmonizing with the family of products in the catalog, with which it can be freely combined. The varnished iron structure that unrolls like a ribbon, the curved top in lacquered wood and the details for the support of technology are interpreted with simple, almost hidden, identifying signs.   A "secretaire" drawer completes the furniture while preserving a flavor of the past, presented with elegance and simplicity. The attention to detail and craftsmanship embellishes an essential design. Another letter in Saba’s alphabet, to narrate of new stories and emotions yet to be written.

Teatro Magico Low Table is the new sculptural coffee table inspired by the sinuous base of the homonymous table. Two volumes and two heights characterized by the possibility of interlocking and the combination of matt or mirroring finishes.

Teatro Magico, the first table by Saba, is a scenic backdrop for the domestic and contract environment. The softness of the fabric, reinterpreted in the base of the table, alludes to the very essence of the company, the table bases can be united or separated and they accentuate the compositional freedom of a sculptural furniture piece that becomes the silent protagonist of the environment. The table top, clean and essential, is available in different shapes and sizes, round and oval, to accompany different stories of conviviality. The new tops for the Teatro Magico table collection use satin glass as a material with which to sculpt the color of light. Warm amber and soft cashmere are the two new colors which, in addition to white, enrich the Saba chromatic proposal. The table reveals itself in its poetic soul, without neglecting its function.

Bed & Breakfast

Bed & Breakfast is a sofa which transforms into a comfortable bed simply by folding down the backrest. The sofa bed is easy to open, thanks to a rectangular hole cut into the underside of the base, and to the special structure of the boxspring, which runs horizontally on a finger-jointed mechanism to create the extra length needed. Bed and Breakfast ranges are comprised of the Sofa-double bed and the Chaise Longue-single bed. This is the result of advanced research into new-generation materials which give maximum comfort with optimum resilience. The maxi scatter cushions unfold to create a small quilt, and can then be refolded and fastened with two buttons, to offer excellent back support. Fully removable covers.

The Avant-Après bed has a sober allure and an elegant presence. Grounded yet lightweight, it transforms into extremely interesting configurations thanks to the particular headboards that can be positioned along the bases’s perimeter. Little Petra VB1

Initially introduced back in 1938, Little Petra won instant praise at the Copenhagen Cabinetmakers Guild Exhibition, subsequently winning awards at exhibits in New York and Berlin. It’s one of just a few designs by architect Viggo Boesen, who became associated with Denmark’s signature design aesthetic in the 1930s called funkis style. Little Petra is surprisingly petite, able to fit into all kinds of spaces, interiors and environments. Low to the ground, open and embracing, it embodies the essence of a lounge chair, allowing for all kinds of seating positions in any cosy setting imaginable.

Ambrosia is essentially a line of light that can be converted into a modular system, capable of extending the illumination it offers to adapt to any space. A design that recovers and revisits the tube light, timeless, and updates it so that its simple structure and diffuse lighting add beauty to any space. This collection expands on its possibilities by proposing a change in the plane of light, from horizontal to vertical.This new style of lamp is available in two versions, both of which are pendant lamps. First there is the Ambrosia V2, a 235-cm-high vertical structure consisting of two tubes of light of different lengths. An interrupted line of light, a detail that brings lightness and character to the lamp. Its design allows you to choose the lighting, either towards the wall for indirect light, or towards the main space for direct light. This aesthetic and functional design also works well in domestic settings. The other vertical version, Ambrosia V3, joins three light tubes placed at different heights, forming a sculptural ensemble. This option can provide a great deal of light and therefore comes with a dimming system for easy lighting control. It is available in two heights of 130 and 175 cm. Both sizes can be electrically connected through the ceiling rosette or the floor plug. The new Ambrosia allows you to create vertical lighting compositions, combining different sizes in repetition to illuminate large spaces. When installed individually, it fills the space with light and warmth. Its slender design sets the perfect scene in any room. A totally new perspective for this flexible lighting system, which achieves maximum light expression with a minimalist structure. The metal structure is available in two finishes – black and matte gold – and the light source in three colour temperatures: 2200 K, 2700 K and 3000 K.

Since its beginnings, Atlas has consisted of a transparent polycarbonate design that envelops the bulb and has the interior structure of a spotlight. A transparent suit that conveys lightness and enables it to blend in with its surroundings.It is available in a pendant version that emits directed light, or as a wall lamp, in which the light can be direct or indirect, bouncing off the ceiling or wall.

Real one-off pieces due to the oxidation process they undergo, which makes each one different from the others, the Pilotis Outdoor coffee tables are conceived as solid volumes of pure geometry. Their name refers to one of the distinctive architectural elements of Rationalism, and indicates the slender columns on which the airy volumes of the Rationalist buildings would lie. Designed by Rodolfo Dordoni and made in Corten or Cobalt Blue colour varnished stainless steel, the coffee table is available in two different heights, both with the same 27 cm diameter. The perforated back allows for flexible movement and good air circulation, while offering targeted support. Aston is a family of individual pieces, including a sofa, a daybed, armchairs, footstool, chairs and stool in two heights – 101 cm and 114 cm – custom-designed to furnish homes and “public spaces” with style and elegance, allowing the conversation to continue between indoors and outdoors. The Aston “Cord” Outdoor collection comes with a pewter colour polyester-painted stainless steel frame specially treated for exterior use, as are the padded cushions, which are covered in waterproof fabric. The seat back is in a special braided 7 mm diameter polypropylene cord, available in the following colour variations: Light Gray, Dark Brown, Sand, Sunflower, Khaki Green and Rust, a perfect match for the fabrics in the Art Lifescape 02 textile collection and the shade of Alison “dark brown” outdoor. The painted stainless steel frame is finished with a special polyester paint for exterior use in Pewter colour and the seat back is in a special braided polypropylene cord, available in two colour variations: light grey and dark brown. In Fynn, Scandinavian values meet Italian tradition. A contemporary design for outdoor spaces in teak wood, crafted with fine cabinet-making workmanship.  With a completely innovative approach, the fine cabinet-making process used for the manufacturing of outdoor wooden furniture is applied to a family of outdoor furnishing pieces in solid teak, combining sophisticated workmanship with an ultra-contemporary design.   Characterised by an interwoven frame that hosts soft seat and backrest cushions, Fynn has in the armrest its signature element. Elongated and slightly curved, rounded and smooth to the touch, it is completely handmade: its precise, well-defined line identifies the entire family, composed of armchair, lounge and dining little armchairs, benches, footstools, coffee tables in different sizes and a dining table. The Fynn Outdoor armchair and little armchairs feature a distinctive ultra-lightweight aesthetic with a simple structure in teak. The frame is interwoven with wicker-effect cords in Mud colour, hosting a padded seat and backrest cushion, designed as a single element. The informal rigour with which Fynn Outdoor hosts the padded element designs a comfortable seat. The bench completes the family. Its cushions sit on a frame interwoven with wicker-effect cords in Mud colour. The coffee tables also share the same line as the wooden armrest, which designs a slight curve also found in the rounded sides of the top. The central part of the coffee table is enhanced by the presence of the top in Pietra del Cardoso, creating a sophisticated combination of materials.
