A French term derived from silk with a rippled or “watered” appearance, moiré is an optical effect that results in the illusion of waves or the movement of water. This effect is achieved by having an opaque, ruled pattern overlaid over another. Designer Christian Lava’s studies of this effect have led to his latest design aptly titled, Moiré. Using overlapping grids of metal, this LED pendant light dynamically changes shape following the viewer’s gaze, practically coming to life with a vibrating energy. For his work for Terzani, Nigel Coates, well known for his unorthodox approach to design, has created an engaging, unique light. Customizable groups of hand made crystal "angels” are illuminated by halogen or led lamps. What caused these angels to fall from the heavens? It’s up to the viewers to decide. At Terzani, we spend countless days searching the globe for talented new designers, but sometimes they find us. Such is the case with the young designers Luca Martorano and Mattia Albicini (Draw studio) who approached us with the design for Calle, a fantastic new light we instantly fell in love with. It howcases our skill at crafting crystal to take the material to an exciting, modern place. Luca and Mattia worked with our raftsmen to create a slender inverted flute of crystal that, like the calla lily it mimics, can be grouped into stunning bouquets of light. Design Draw. LessLess is a complete range of tables rectangular and square painted in different colors. An aluminum table the strength of which lies in a play on corners and folds. The external outline of the horizontal table top is very thin and stiffness and it is obtained by bending the aluminum sheet along inclined planes. Designed originally for the Fondation Cartier in Paris the LessLess tables stand out for intrinsic elegance and light lines in every environment.

Arche Dining Table, table characterised by precise, clearcut geometries, in which the arch becomes the loadbearing structure typical of rationalist architecture. The metal structure is built in a cross-shaped, laser-cut arch arrangement, presented in a champagne colour with an orbital satin finish. The top is made of Vicenza stone sandblasted col. light grey or honed col. ivory. Arche Dining Table is also available the top made in reconstituted stone or natural carbon reconstituted with recycled brass shavings. Metallic inserts col. champagne matt embellish the top with a delightful contrasting effect between the materials.
