The latest CADORIN additions to the TRACKS PLANKS Collection feature a patented new type of working recalling sailboat sails that has been given to the wood surfaces. Countess tiny sails beating the wind are embossed in relief in the characteristic triangular and oblong shapes of different sail panels. The inspiration for this unprecedented pattern signed by Cadorin comes from the world of sailing to add yet another original type of working to the Gravel and Woven patterns already present in the exclusive Tracks Planks Collection. These parquet flooring planks are designed for both horizontal (flooring) and vertical (wall panelling) use with an exclusive raised patterning that evokes the pleasures of sailing. Various finishes can be given to these “VELA” Sails models: WALNUT in a suggestive White Gold Dust finish.

Freestanding structure that can be used as a partition or a wall bookcase. ANTOS is a composition with clean, essential geometric lines. Horizontal strips made of American walnut with a carbon tone are crossed, like a vertical garden, by strips that captivate with the delicate green of their surfaces on which a carpet of engraved daisies runs, like a huge lawn. The composition is made in 130 cm modules for a height of 270 to 300 cm. Design and Materials A Tribute to Nature Each piece retains the organic and natural shapes of the original tree trunk, keeping the contours unchanged to emphasize its pure beauty. The surface of each coffee table-stool reveals the deep veins and characteristics of the wood, bearing witness to the history and life of the tree from which it comes. The top of each piece is a “petal” sectioned from cherry tree trunks, known for their warmth and chromatic richness. The legs, on the other hand, are crafted from ancient oak, recovered from beams of houses with years of history. This contrast between the “new” of cherry and the “ancient” of oak symbolizes a craftsmanship symbiosis, where past and present blend into a timeless aesthetic harmony. Craftsmanship and Sustainability The collection stands out for the exceptional craftsmanship of Delfino Cadorin. Each coffee table-stool is the result of traditional techniques, with a keen eye on sustainability: the legs are joined to the top through methods that enhance the use of reclaimed materials, demonstrating a commitment to waste reduction and the valorization of every wood fragment. Méridienne de Toe

MÉRIDIENNE DE TOE is the result of the joining of two large planks – “toe” in Veneto dialect can mean also “plank”– of Old Walnut (or “Noghera” as they say in Veneto), a wood with a spectacularly natural color. All by itself, Walnut brings us infinite shades of red, ruddy rusty hue, even a grayish light brown. Like all the other pieces in the Toc de Toe Collection, the large planks shaped and scarred by the hands of time are ably worked in the skilled hands of master craftsmen into deck chairs distinguished by both innovative design and antique feel. Soft, lozenge-shaped maxicushions upholstered in lino froisè, make the relaxation complete. As in the rest of the Collection, the nomenclature of this décor element incorporates local Veneto dialect that emphasizes both the authenticity of the material and the close bond Cadorin maintains with its territory. “MÉRIDIENNE DE TOE” means “deck chair made of boards”, the perfect name for this chaise longue.
