Snowgems wall design (a+b) Annalisa Dominoni, Benedetto Quaquaro Snowgems is a wall-mounted sound-absorbing system, composed of panels in shapes and colours reminiscent of precious gems; made with Snowsound technology. The panels are held in a frame of galvanized tubular steel, which is mounted on two chromed metal plates that are anchored to the wall. The panels can rotate on their own axis, and thus lend themselves to multiple different configurations. “The design of these units is inspired by the idea of a thread of differently shaped and colored precious gems strung together to form a necklace or pendant earrings”. The shapes, which are underpinned by stainless steel clips, are reminiscent of undulating sand dunes and not only evoke a sense of sinuous movement but also, thanks to the distinctive materiality of the fabric, seem to allude to the myriad grains of sand. Our Octavia 130cm round table is a generously proportioned centrepiece designed to seat six with comfort. Its expansive tabletop balances presence and elegance, making it ideal for larger terraces, patios, or garden settings where it can act as a focal point. The deeply cast surface adds both visual depth and structural strength, ensuring the table is as durable as it is refined. Though reassuringly substantial, this table can be easily manoeuvred with two people. The table top will come as a solid top as standard but can be finished with a parasol hole in the centre at your request. DESIGN Named after Octavia Hill, one of the founding members of the National Trust, the Octavia design is inspired by a detail in an 1872 pen and ink drawing of an herbaceous border by the nineteenth-century garden designer Gertrude Jekyll. The floral motif is carefully reinterpreted in cast aluminium across the tabletop, creating intricate detailing that reflects the collection’s decorative yet disciplined approach. The result is a table that harmonises with the English garden while standing out as a piece of considered craftsmanship.
