Peaks is a family of pendants, composed of a string of elongated cones in different configurations. The graded shading on the curved surface of each cone is as much of a feature as the projected beams emitted from each cone. It can be displayed as a single, double or triple arrangement, pointing up or down depending on the preferred direction of light. An identical inverted cone acts as a rose attached to the ceiling. When the light is off, the forms appear very schematic, as if borrowed from a geometric still life. When on, the shading changes, as light casts along the curved surface.

Vertigo

Vertigo is a pendant light formed of two elements: a simple horizontal beam with a linear array of LED light acts as an up and downlighter, with a vertical strap that holds the fixture in balance. It is this simple attachment, suggesting the hoisting of a structural beam, that evokes the iconic images of the steel construction of skyscrapers in 1930s New York City captured by photographer Charles C. Ebbets.There is no separate ceiling rose – the driver is fully integrated into the structure of the pendant and the two pendant rods carry the electrical current, removing any need for wires that might visually obstruct the design. The light intelligently operates through a touch-sensitive dimmer in the middle of the horizontal beam.Vertigo is produced in aluminium, powder coated in either black or white. It is available in two length options – 1.5m and 2m – and there are multiple drop lengths to choose from, covering all possible requirements.

Tip of the Tongue Ceiling and Wall Mounted

Custom patina available.Tip of the Tongue consists of table lamp, wall lamp and ceiling-mounted sconce, all which feature an interesting illusion: a luminous mouth-blown opaline sphere appears to roll down the edge of a solid polished brass base. This delicate gesture of a sphere poised on the edge of the surface evokes the familiar phenomenon of failing to retrieve a word from memory, expressing a moment of tension in the form of the design. Tip of the Tongue was launched at Euroluce in Milan in 2013. It has gone on to become one of Michael Anastassiades’ most iconic pieces.

Solid Steel

Minotti > Coffee table

The Solid Steel family of coffee tables is characterised by its clear 1970s inspiration: glossy and mirrored finishes, rigorous, overlapping and staggered volumes recreate a strong yet minimal architectural geometry, which perfectly complements different styles of living areas. The Solid Steel coffee tables are parallelepipeds with one or two staggered levels; in the two-volume version the finishes of the higher top are glossy lacquered Moka, Cappuccino, Malachite, Chestnut, or Moka open-pore lacquered ash, while the lower volume has the polished stainless steel frame with mirrored top. In the monobloc version, however, the frame is again in polished stainless steel or polished Bronze with four possible finishes for the top: Arabescato Grigio marble, Nero Marquina marble, open-pore Moka colour lacquered ash or mirror. The colour palette is consistent with the imagery of the living space by which they were inspired: mirrored stainless steel combined with coloured lacquers, wood and marble finished with a special smoothing treatment that enhances its matt texture, in stark contrast to the shine of the mirrored steel frame. These details are typical of the style of a brand that knows how to translate simplicity into sophistication, transforming a furnishing accessory into a strong and recognisable feature. The minimalism of their shape makes these coffee tables architectural objects with a big personality, incisive in the overall aesthetics of the space and yet easy to insert into many contexts: in the area in front of the sofa, but also at the side of the living room, as a support element, the ideal finishing touch to any environment. FL/Y is an essentially-styled suspension lamp. The particular transparency of the material and the sheen of the colours recreate the idea of a soap bubble, shimmering iridiscently in the light. The shade is not perfectly hemispherical, with the cut-off falling just below the level of the diameter, offering greater concentration of the light. The lamp is available in three different sizes: Fl/Y (diameter 52cm, shade depth 33cm), Small Fl/Y (diameter 38cm, shade depth 28cm) and Big Fl/Y (diameter 83cm, shade depth 55cm).
