Our Allée ADA Sconce brings the beauty of bent plywood to lighting with an ADA-compliant design that gently washes the wall with light. Available in birch and walnut. A favorite of architects, plywood is valued for its warmth, simplicity, and sustainability. Once considered an industrial material used in boats and aircraft, designers in the 1920s began bending plywood into sculptural forms. We pair these authentic shades with solid brass and wood components to create a refined, enduring design.  Namesake: In Japanese, Umi means the sea or ocean. The elongated form of our Umi washi lantern draws from traditional lantern silhouettes while subtly referencing the nautical, echoing the oblong profile of pneumatic boat fenders that protect vessels at the dock, an innovation pioneered in 1958 by Yokohama Rubber Co. and now used worldwide. She was the daughter of an Indian father and an American mother. Under the codename Madeleine, she was sent from the UK into occupied France to aid the French Resistance. Baker died in 1975 and received military honors and tributes from the entire artistic community in France.

While she was modest and unwilling to participate in New York City high society, those who knew her admired her warmth, wisdom, and wit.

Variations and imperfections in the concrete base are inherent in its artisan production.  Namesake: Muriel Wylie "Capi" Blanchet (1891-1961) was a Canadian author best known for her seminal Northwest boating memoir The Curve of Time. In 1926, when Blanchet was widowed at the age of thirty-five, she packed her five young children into a twenty-five-foot boat and they cruised the ragged, wild, perforated coastline of British Columbia for fifteen consecutive summers.

Paralela

Axolight > Table lamp

Paralela, a modular system designed by the Spanish Nahtrang Studio, stemmed from a quest to lend shape to light so that the light itself becomes a tangible decorative luminous element. Hence the idea of creating light-filled borosilicate glass cylinders – joined to one another by Nylon PA12 connectors – that use gravity to occupy space in an orderly manner, entering into a visual dialog that becomes a symphony of light. This is a complete and new product family, available in both horizontal and vertical pendant version, table lamp, floor lamp and sconce, in different sizes and five colors.

Each rug meticulously represents one of the world's most polluted rivers: the Ganges, Yangtze, Indus, and Niger, through a stunning hand-tufted design that pays homage to nature’s splendor while highlighting its degradation. Crafted from 100% recycled PET fibers, these rugs are not just pieces of art but powerful statements against environmental neglect. The choice of recycled plastic fibers underscores the paradoxical beauty in repurposing waste materials into something functional and beautiful. These rivers, once revered as natural wonders, have become vast landfills carrying thousands of tons of plastic debris that threaten marine ecosystems. The construction of these rugs is both innovative and sustainable. Hand-tufted technique ensures durability while maintaining a unique texture and appearance. The weight per square meter ranges from 3.2 kg to 0.66 lbs, with dimensions varying between 8 mm to 18 mm, providing versatility in design and functionality. DRIVE heißt der multifunktionale, verwandelbare Couchtisch von Yomei. Ausgangspunkt der Entwicklung war der Wunsch, mit der Familie auf dem Sofa zu spielen, arbeiten oder essen. Der Couchtisch lässt sich in dreifacher Hinsicht verändern: Die Höhe lässt sich über Gasdruckfeder von 48 cm auf 68 cm verstellen. Zusätzlich ist die Platte in der Horizontalen in jede Richtung um 30 cm verschiebbar, so dass auch Sitzen über Eck bequem möglich ist. Fuß und Säule bleiben dabei an ihrem Platz.

FL/Y is an essentially-styled suspension lamp. The particular transparency of the material and the sheen of the colours recreate the idea of a soap bubble, shimmering iridiscently in the light. The shade is not perfectly hemispherical, with the cut-off falling just below the level of the diameter, offering greater concentration of the light.
